Very, very deceptive signage and practices at this location. Picked up some fabric off an end cap with other miscellaneous items and a sign that said "50 cents" above everything. At checkout I was told it's per yard, well there probably wasn't even a yard there. Asked to speak with the manager and was talked down to. I know how fabric is priced, thank you. Don't put a "50 cents" sign over a pile of scraps and picked over garbage and then tell me it's per yard. I left a full cart of groceries there and walked out. You probably lost $100 sale arguing over 50 cents. Good customer service would have been, "I'm sorry, it was our mistake that the sign was not clear, unfortunately we can't give it to you at that price, but here's a five dollar gift card for your next visit." I would've been satisfied and went back and shopped some more and filled my cart with more stuff and then checked out. Walmart is a multi BILLION dollar corporation. They should not be holding their own customers accountable for their laziness and mistakes. Mistakes do happen, but you never make your customer feel like your errors are their fault. This is a classic bait and switch, and I wonder how many times it happens to Walmart customers on a daily basis. You're forced to either put the item back or pay the higher price. No wonder they are closing stores left and right.

My significant and I were checking out items at Walmart at a self-checkout, and as we started to leave, I see out of the corner of my eye this huge guy moving fast with a dust mop past us in the narrow area and almost ran into the both of us. Not sure why he was dust-mopping franticly at 3 in the afternoon.I thought self-checkout was the safe zone.

Gift cards do NOT have gift receipts!! I was told to cut my receipt apart to put it with the gift card! Clearance items are rung up as regular price! Do NOT shop at this Walmart. Shop at a different Walmart. Better yet go to Randall Rd shop at the Meijer the Target or the Walmart. This one should be closed. Surly unfriendly ill-mannered and ill-tempered employees!

My Dr. called in a prescription for pain medication. I waited 5 days, thinking because of the holiday, there was a delay. I finally called and was told that they were out of stock. They never called or sent me a message stating this. I waited all this time for pain meds. Needless to say, I changed pharmacies!

I'm honestly less than impressed with the company's way of business, primarily with how they handle their produce such as their poultry/chicken. Walmart has been my go-to for chicken, as it's my main source of protein. The packages start "Freshness guaranteed", yet the chicken is EASILY seen that it'd been frozen. Freezing food items no longer makes them fresh! On top of that, when I recently went to purchase chicken, they were going to expire in ONE DAY! The rotation of expiration dates for their poultry & other food items needs some serious improvement!

the cashier kathy was beyond rude and was arguing with me over a $1 clearance item. i was buying xmas (75%off) clearance and there was an entire row of perfumes for $1 and clearance at $.25 she told me it was clearance and it wasn't $.25 yet the sign said it was and there were over 50 bottles there. yelled at me that she had this issue with a different lady and it's not clearance. well there are many signs it is clearance and if it's not, then it needs to be moved if it's an issue she "already faced" no need to be rude, a simple "this was misplaced" would have been sufficient.

i'd give this store 0 stars if i could.Go inside pay 8.98 for a pack of slim jims go online pickup same store in a Hour 5.22! Wtf is wrong with people the manager Jessica says with a laugh in her voice i can't give you that price but if you go in the car and order it online you can get it for that price! Her and the girl at the return desk were both rude!! They just lost my business i will never shop there again! This is what's wrong with this world too many people that won't help you they just try to make it harder on you!! Calling corporate on them Went to Target instead see picture Walmart 8.98 Target 5.29

When is Wal-Mart going to let us return merchandise that we don't need? I have items that are totally sealed and Wal-Mart keeps my money under the guise of keeping us safe. Leave it to a bunch of accountants to come up with a scam to make money.

The prices are great, service fast, people seem to look out for the best price for the clients. I wish they had a drive through some days its too giant of a store. They have worked very smoothly for me and Its convenient if you need something.
