The worse pharmacy I’ve ever been too!!! They don’t ever give you the right about on what the doctor has ordered! They never have the prescription in stock! They will text you it’s partially ready, then two days later text saying it’s fully ready. I get here and it’s still partially ready. I of course didn’t pick it up, because last time I did, they never gave me the rest of my prescription. I go to my car and I get another text saying the whole prescription is delayed ? I do not live down the street. I choose this Walgreens because it’s close to my work! Never going here again! If anyone else was smart, they’d go to another pharmacy as well!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I was hung up on 3 times to refill a controlled medication for my son which you HAVE to call in every month. On the 4th try I was put on hold on and off for over 30mins. This was not during a meal break. I see this walgreens still has not become any better over the years.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been too. Everybody in the pharmacy was surly and mean. The communication regarding the rx and filling was terrible. Took them 2 hours to fill an easy script. And worse was they were absolutely terrible to talk and to deal with. I would highly recommend going anywhere else. I'll never fill a script here again. Zero stars if that was an option.

Im so sick and tired of Walgreens. I have been waiting in the drive through line with a sick kid for 45 min. Every time I come to this Walgreens is always at least a 20 min wait. The staff is so rude. There is a total of 12 cars waiting to be served. Every Walgreens I go to is way understaffed. So tired of this.

One star is generous. Every order with this location is a struggle. Although I am on regular medications they respond with delay due to insurance issues. Lies. The latest issue - script sent to this Walgreens on a Sat for MY DOG from the vet's office. I received response that it was delayed due to insurance issues, followed next day that it was under pharmacist review. 3 days after script received and acknowledged by this Huntley location I was told they do not have a script and I would have to get vet resend the order. Upset but I did that, only to get response script is delayed due to insurance issues. Ugh!! Called, they checked and they are out of stock. This is an example of one medication for a pet. I go through this way too often with my monthly meds. Suggest this location closes or gets an entire new crew. They do not service the community.
UPDATE: Wow, over 3 weeks since script submitted to this Walgreens and I finally got a call that it is ready. Within 20 min of the call I arrived for pick up but it could not be found. Someone in that short time window returned to stock. Really? I presented a current GoodRx coupon that reduced price from $385 to $116 but the tech said no and the price Walgreens has with GoodRx is $150. Entire fiasco has been frustrating so I paid the $150 and left store. Since my original post I have ordered my meds from Walgreens @ Reed Rd - pleased to report the prescription was filled promptly and the staff is much friendlier.

Don't go here. Its absolutely horrible. Pharmacy absolutely sucks. Waiting in drive for 2 hours as I am blocked in FML.

HIRE MORE PHARMACISTS. YOU ARE TOO SLOW. YES I AM YELLING. Never able to pick up an Rx without waiting for 20 to 30 minutes in line. EVERY TIME!

Don’t ever go in the drive they for a prescription. Management has no common sense. I sat in the drive they for 15 minutes waiting while a black Dodge Durango waited for a prescription to be filled. Management didn’t have the wherewithal to send them inside. Poor management

Stay far far away. Pharmacy staff is very very rude. Don’t care to help. And will Make you wait hours then send you away. Using Walgreens my whole Life and first time using this location since moving and it will be my very last
