Hate to say it, but geez customer service in pharmacy is terrible. Besides Marcy, who has helped me for years, they need to freshen up on some etiquette and customer service skills.

First I went to the Walgreens pharmacy in Algonquin, they sent me here as it had our medication available at that time. I almost killed my baby with, thank God she choked and we called 911 at that time I realized it was wrong dose. Our pediatrician prescribed 0.5 ml (for my 6 week old baby) and this Walgreens pharmacy labeled it with 5 ml and I followed that instruction.Lesson learned now I always check the label on the drugs I get.

Special recognition to Sarah and Hannah. When they’re in the building, things get done; with a smile too. Shoutout to the former being a new mom! Walgreens has got a couple women in the pharmacy with HUGE POTENTIAL. Keep up the great work ladies and I hope whatever company has the pleasure of employing you compensates you both appropriately for all you do. Truly great healthcare professionals.

Been going there for years and the ofgice team has changed .awful in returning calls and calling in prescriptions. Again i had to call 2 pharmacys to see where the prescriptions are and no one had them

I would like to share what a awesome pharmacy staff this Walgreens has ! I switched from Princeton , because of these gals ! Marcie & Sarah have always been so kind I live in Pingree Grove & do not mind driving farther just for the great customer care ! Happy New Year to you all !

Mix up with prescription not being ready when it should be. When they fixed the issue and sent me the text that the prescription was ready I left immediately and arrived at the store at 7:01pm. Evidently the pharmacy closes at 7pm and they couldn't be bothered to stay open a minute later. Thanks a lot. Time to transfer prescriptions

Had to go in recently to look for some "blue or purple" shampoo according to the stylist who just colored my daughter's hair. Had never heard of such a thing and didn't think they'd have it. A young girl saw us looking around and asked us if she could help. She came over and knew exactly what we needed and showed us a few items and gave us more information that we asked for. Delightful young lady! She is an asset to that store for sure!

The store is fine. I shop here often. It's just like any other Walgreens. I like their free rewards program. All you have to do is type in your phone number and you get random discounts when you shop. With that being said, the pharmacy here isn't the best. The hours are short, the prescriptions I need are usually out-of-stock, and the customer service hasn't been the best. I wanted to start coming here because it is close to home, but I drive the extra 5 minutes and go to Jewel-Osco to avoid the hassle.

DO NOT get your photos printed here!!! They turn up the contrast which distorts facial features and creates dark shadows in unappealing areas. I paid $43.00 for prints I'll never use! Complete disappointment and waste of money.

The Spyro is well run and ok as long as you don it need a prescription filled. Most unfriendly unprofessional staff. It's close to home but I'm better off driving 1/2 hour to a different place to get prescription filled. Never any good help here... just same excuses over and over again and long waits. Very argumentative staff in particular tonight the larger framed blond Cindy... Drive elsewhere if you don't have several days and at least 1/2 per trip even after they call and tell you it's ready for pickup
