Staff was unprofessional because I interrupted their down time with a sim swap(tech support) and had no intention of buying anything or wasting their time. As a previous cellular store manager, this is not how you retain customers or develop future opportunities

Well this was the second time going to this location. First time this one guy was nice but not able to help us with an upgrade at this time. Came back today to get an upgrade because I got a text from Verizon and this other guy was an idiot. Before he began the process he “throughly” examined our phones and said they would not dare take mine because it had a paper cut looking scratch and that they would then bill me the rest of the payments for the remaining balance on my next bill. Looked at my boyfriend’s phone next and said there was a “wire sticking out from behind the camera” however after more examination from us, turned out to be a fuzz. Said early upgrades are “risky” ok. I told him every time I have gotten a new phone it’s always been an early upgrade and I have had cracked phones before.So in summary go to the one on Randall in Lake in the Hills. Much smarter individuals and was able to upgrade no problem and asked if my phone was in good working condition which it was.

Great experience and customer service at this Verizon location. In particular, Matt V was professional and awesome with setting up myself, my son, and my mother with new phones. Matt made the entire process smooth and seamless.

Unpleasant Experience with Verizon Store in Huntley, ILAs a long-standing business owner with 15 phone lines at Verizon, my recent experience at the Huntley store was incredibly disappointing. I was misled by Anthony, an employee, regarding a promotion for upgrading my iPhone 12 Pro to the iPhone 14 Pro without altering my plan. Despite returning my phone as instructed within the timeframe, Anthony enrolled me in an unsupported promotion that required a plan change.Attempts to rectify this were met with unhelpful responses from store staff, including a lack of managerial support. I was promised resolution and contact from managers, which never materialized. I'm now burdened with additional costs for a phone upgrade I didn't want or agree to.This lack of accountability from Anthony and the store management Robert and Moe left me stranded without assistance. I caution other corporate account holders to seek services elsewhere for clarity and integrity.Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the misinformation and lack of support.

Definitely recommend going and buying your new phone from this store. Ask for Anthony Munoz. He was very knowledgeable from start to finish. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and helping people find what’s best for them. Guy deserves a raise to be honest. Hell he even helped lower my monthly bill. There were a few things i wasn’t aware of on my account and now I’ve saved $50 a month. Thanks again for the new upgrade. I will definitely be back.

Rey was awesome in helping me switch over from AT&T to Verizon. I really appreciated that he didn’t ask me what I was paying with AT&T. He just found out what I was looking for and gave me the best deal possible. Gave me the confidence to make the switch.

THE ENTIRE STAFF IS A JOKE! Adam and his co workers was unprofessional and provides bogus misinformation. We wanted to switch from xfinity and come over to Verizon completely since we have internet with Verizon already. Got there the first day … there was two person behind the counter stood there and watched us and carried on with their conversation noooo care in the world . Adam came from the back approached us …. Ok that was a pass as he came to assist us with a smile . We sat there , he briefed us about all our inquiries. ( missed out some vital information) nevertheless we pre ordered the phones. Fast forward to two weeks later the phone reached . Received a call to come make the switch. Got there at 6:05 pm he started the data transfer process. Adam told us to “ go have dinner and come back this update will take an hour . We went back for 8:30pm . His remarks was I feel bad this update only took 20 mins. All this time was wasted now the phones can not be completed Bcse it is after 9 and obviously xfinity gave a bogus transfer pin. His second remark to us was if it makes you feel any better my colleague over had an even bigger issue, he transfer the wrong number in the wrong device and that will take about another three hour “ I want to go home too “ this was at 9:15 . It took everything in me to be not be excessively rude because that’s where I was after 3 hours . All in all we had to leave the store because the transaction failed . My husband had to take my phone to the store without my presence Bcse they had to deal with xfinity. Great the device got transferred after couple calls and a couple more hours . Then Adam fail to tell us that we had to pay the tax for the transaction upfront and it would not come on the bill. Let me says this they were very unprofessional talking about the guest right infront of us . So I definitely know they had a mouth full to speak about me and my husband. We don’t care at this point . Verizon do better !!

What a great store and thanks to our customer service rep Anthony Munoz. He helped me find a new phone since mine got destroyed recently. He was able to transfer all my data to the new phone. This was a vastly different and pleasant experience than the one I had about the Verizon store in Wisconsin Dells. See my other review there.

Ordered a new phone and could not get it to sync with my old phone or watch. Manager told me passwords could not be synced, however after determination on my part, he did it. Then, he could not sync my watch. He sent me away telling me to give it an hour, then I returned when it was still not working. He played around with it and said Verizon is down. How can it be down when you are in it?No responsePlayed around more, told me to come back Sunday. The 2 other salesmen offered no help. They were busy playing on their phones. I went to the Verizon store on Algonquin and Randall and he corrected the issue in 5 minutes. The watch had to be unpaired from the first phone. All in all I wasted over 2 hours at the Huntley store. My advice is to go to the Algonquin Randall store

Filed BBB complaint againt business. I have been trying to resolve my "free" upgrade issue for 2 months now. I was never disclosed fees for transfering my data over, then my free upgrade was not free as I was then charged an upgrade fee. Joey upsold me and now is no longer there and no one can help me.

I will be coming to this store solely for the fact of how well and great service you guys have! The person that I want to highlight the most, is your employee Darnell! I had a serve issue with the billing on my account, and your employee Darnell did a amazing job! Everytime I had a issue with it or thought nothing was being done , he worked with me for as long as it took and got the issue resolved! I cannot thank him enough for all his hard work, working with me , and helping me fix my issue with my account and making sure my phone has service. I will only be working with him out, and because of him ,I stayed with verizon. Please recognize this man's hard work and thank you to him and cellular sales!

The sales associate Mark was very nice I was running late I was coming a little bit of a distance they were the only Verizon dealer that was open at the time the others were closed they stay late for me was very respectful helpful and kind. Professional from start to finish even in their attire.

Went in today with my son in law and daughter looking to upgrade our phones. Matt was outstanding! Very personable, really helped to find and suggest the best deals for us. His customer service skills made our visit an experience rather than a transaction. 10 out of 10 recommend Matt and Verizon Huntley!
