Was given this information through my insurance to get a breast pump so I called to confirm they carried one. The woman who answered the phone answered and I asked if they carried breast pumps… she said “no we only carry medical equipment” and I responded by saying “a breast pump is medical equipment” and she just started laughing? It was very strange. She also answered the phone with just her name. It seemed pretty sketchy honestly. Wouldn’t recco!

I agree with Terri A K. My husband passed away under their care in a "hospice facility" with Transitions providing his care. 24-48 hours prior to his death he was suffering a great deal. We begged for morphene to help with his pain and ease him through the final hours leading up to his death. They would NOT give him any morphene or other pain relieving meds. Please never ever use this organization. They will make the agony of your loved one's death something you will never forget.

We just recently started using Transitions Hospice for our Dad who is in a Memory Care facility. So far, they have exceeded our expectations. Everyone has been very responsive, thorough and kind. The nurses and CNA that we are working with are really great and have common sense, which is hard to come by sometimes. They proactively realized that it is best to try to keep the same person visiting for a dementia patient. Their top goals seem to be compassion and quality of life.

Treats their patients like common street junkies when we requested pain meds. Dropped our care and left us high and dry. Definitely not the company to use if you want your loved one to pass with dignity and respect. We had palliative care. Was an awful experience.
