“I live in Arizona and my daughter attends Judson University. Her 2000 Honda Civic was having electrical issues that sounded like a new alternator was going to be the fix. Always working on my own vehicles, I was dreading having it taken to a shop. I randomly called Jim's Towing and Automotive. They were extremely friendly and professional. They could easily have charged me for replacing an alternator, but found a loose wire and sent her on her way. They have since replaced a catalytic convertor and oxygen sensor on the car, and I have full confidence in their honesty and pricing. I highly recommend their service! “It’s a terrifying experience when you are from out of state and suddenly have a flat tire on the side of a very busy interstate! This happened to me the other day. My insurance company told me it was going to be almost 4 hours before someone could come help me ! I called Ben and he was there within 20 mins ! While we were on the phone discussing where I was located he told me to start calling some repair shops so that I could quickly get it and be taken care of. When he showed up he was so nice , knew exactly what to do , got my donut tire and on even gave me directions on how to get to the right shop ! The shop he referred me to also was amazing ( I’ll be writing them a review also)! Long story short , he aired up the donut and my 20 min drive to the shop went smooth. I was able to get a new tire and be back in the road a few hours later. Bens business is his own . Local and small but the best! Hopefully I won’t ever need his services again but if you are reading this and in need CALL HIM NOW ! ?Service: Tire change”

“John and his guys are great. I was towed to the shop, late on a Sunday evening, due to a wheel bearing that failed while I was on the highway. They confirmed the bad hub / bearing assembly and inspected the other bearing and the rear calipers/rotors. John and I talked about the repair and we talked about the complete repair and what is really the best way to repair the truck as the other bearing is the same age and they both should be replaced. He offered the option of just doing the repair to the bad bearing to make the truck safe and get me back on the road and didn't try to sell me work that wasn't needed. He's honest, trustworthy and has integrity in his work. I have been an auto parts manager at new car dealerships for over 25 years and I have met some not so trusty worthy repair shops in that time.
