Came to the store bc my 12 stopped working when i did the ios17 update. I had to upgrade to a 15. Ok no problem. It became a huge headache, not on the associated part but with apple and how they transfer stuff. I spent 4 hours in the store trying to transfer i formation from one phone to the other. By the time we left i still didn’t have e a fully working phone. They held onto my 12 and i had to go back the next day. Tony was the associate helping us and he went above and beyond. He tried everything, called everyone he could to get this thing to work. I went back the next day and Tony was there again. My 16 finally finished syncying . And Tony spent 3 hours trying to recover my Facebook account, again calling and trying e writhing he could. I ended up leaving without my Facebook working but everything else was working. The ONLY reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 is the mandatory making people buy the charging brick when they don’t want it. They literally won’t sell you a phone unless you pay the 22 bucks for a plug. So i wasn’t happy about that. I returned that today. They ended up letting me keep it though bc of the headaches i had to deal with. So 4 stars bc Tony was great and very helpful and tried his best.

They would get zero stars. Manager is a child. Person helped me look like he had a rough night and hung over. All lies with this store.

Huntley location is very unprofessional. I read all the reviews on Google and have to agree with every 1 star review. They don't even deserve a one star. I have dealt with other Tmobile locations and never had an issue. Stay clear away from the Huntley location.

This is the BEST store ive been to. They always know how to help their customers and solve the problem. Came in for a sim swap because my phone was not working and they fixed my issue immediately! I thought i had to spend hundreds on a new phone but they showed me exactly what my issue was and saved the day. I came in upset and left very happy. This is my new store to come to with any tmobile issues i have! 10/10 recommend!

Salesperson added insurance on two lines without permission/advising at all beforehand. If you want a surprise bill, this is the store for you!

This place needs to be close.And Do not buy from here at all!You buy and hope you wont need help fixing if theres any issue. They cannot or does not have the capability to be able to help and suppose to have a busy weekend and they wont have anything in stock to fix your issues. All the time!One star is already high for this!CORPORATE TMOBILE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THEIR FRANCHISEES.

Help is SO hard to find these days. If you do not buy a phone from this store directly, the staff is reluctant to help T-Mobile customers.Thought I left that madness with Verizon but guess not.

Huntar was very friendly and helpful! He made my return easy, and on a previous visit helped me get new phones. Huntley T-mobile was MUCH better than the Crystal Lake location!

The manager is worthless and the staff is not trained properly. When you have an issue they say they will call you back and do not. I witnessed that when we were upgrading a phone with another customer and then it happened to me. Work directly with corporate and not with the unprofessional people that work at this location.

Just could not believe that a T-MOBILE store would not fix the watch replacement watch I got from T-MOBILE. They told me to go to Walmart or Bestbuy because they don't want any liability.

I had to inquire about the amount to purchase off my installment plan on my current device. The staff was incredibly inattentive when it came to accessing my account. I told them multiple times I knew my account pin however they insisted upon the security question which was rather aggravating. I used to work for sprint and so I’m aware of certain pricing options and wanted to inquire if my phone would be buyback eligible. I was told I needed to use my protection and pay for a replacement to be eligible to sell my phone back. When I was employed if the phone was damaged it could still be purchased back at lesser value due to damage. I received abrasive responses to all my questions. Not to mention during my interaction the staff assisting me constantly was interjecting in other conversations and when I asked if they were speaking with me rudely retorted. At the end of my interaction I was by staff “I don’t know what we can help you with…”. Overall very poor customer experience. Will never be coming back to this location.
