Being a Saturday and having a problem with our park brake switch on our motorhome we stopped in for any ideas or suggestions.
The lady in the office was very welcoming and took us to the parts dept. There the parts guy took out a park brake switch to show us what we might be looking for.
The office lady stayed with us the entire time until we had no more questions. The parts guy offered one more idea and after some searching we were able to get an even better understanding of what we needed to.
The office lady said if we needed to, bring the motorhome in on Monday and they would figure it out.
We use Rush in Tampa and this location was just as friendly and helpful.
With their thoughts and suggestions we were able to get the switch secured and working.
Something we have never gotten from a Cummins repair facility.

they took a week plus to even look at the truck and were very unknowledgeable of internationals despite being an international dealer, their system they said was down a few days every week to even run diagnoses, we have had a terrible experience here and will not be working with this company again

If u are looking for a great shop this isn't t the one. Had my truck for 6days didn't t touch it. I did ask the question can u fix my truck sure. Stay away unless this is only shop in the STATE OF ILLINOIS.

*** BEWARE*** 12 hours to put in a radiator! 12 hours! Experts! 3 hours to diagnose (which is a computer that gives them a code) We have purchased 2 tractors and 4 box trucks from Rush in Huntley. We are small, family owned and operated. We have had nothing but problems. When you’re purchasing it’s all rainbows with Ryan. Directly after, you will be cast aside and (guaranteed) many trips to their mechanics. They charge $205 dollars an hour! It wasn’t always that much, it’s only risen since times got harder. (This is Rush caring about the average trucker). The warranties that we were “sold” and paid for to us- WORTHLESS. Do NOT buy these they do not cover anything and are designed specifically to steal from you. There hasn’t been many (if at all) trips to Rush where it’s been less than 2k. We pleaded with them, explaining we are running at 35% and hanging on as the housing market stalls around us. We are good people and pride ourselves on honesty. We thought we could help by providing the radiator needed for one of the tractors. They said they would do what they could to help the “working folks” out. They wanted 3500 dollars to replace the radiator and “diagnose” a potential clutch issue in the truck we purchased just a short time ago FROM THEM! The clutch 7k without labor. The radiator is 3500 (eh, no big deal) they charge 205 dollars an hour! This isn’t the place to go any longer. Especially not for regular working folks. They aren’t looking out for the middle class whatsoever. The service guys and gals are nice enough and it’s probably not their doing but, charging 3 hours to put a computer on the truck is ridiculous and someone there did! They know it. We won’t ever buy another truck from Rush. There are a lot of good folks out there that do care. Do your research. Outside of buying parts from Rush, we have had nothing but problems with their equipment. We leave there regularly with a check engine light on. Regularly.

Purchased a truck from them recently. Didn’t even put 100 miles on the truck before the check engine light came on. I understand it was used and as is. However, I was told it was inspected and everything was running well. When I called to explain they refused to help. They treat you so well during the purchase process. Once you buy it they forget your a customer. I will never return again for any business.

Rush Truck Centers Huntley Illinois went and picked up a part they had prepared for us did a very good job my company that I work for is very satisfied with their work the people that work there are both friendly knowledgeable and professional you cannot ask for more than that

Watch out! They keep reaching into that wallet. 40k spent on a New Engine an Transmission . New engine with the wrong fuel filter housing assembly. Fork more $$$$ out for the RIGHT one, forget you already bought a new one attached to the 30k long block.
