So I’m not even gonna talk about how the smoke shop is five dollars higher and then other ones around in fact what I’m gonna talk about is the horrible customer service experience I just had. Less than 24 hours after I bought this particular vape, the flavor had pretty much run out. So I took it in and talked to the guy at the counter, told him what happened. He said there’s no way he could verify that I actually bought it When I said I did, I told him he could look at the cameras told him the exact time I was there And he said there is no way he could tell that that was the one I bought. Horrible customer service

Beware!! Selling products that don’t work!! Just brought a disposable vape , just got home opened it and does not work! Called shop and a young man told me they will not exchange for same product ! One I leave the store they can not return or exchange items, I would have to open in store to test product to see if it works. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! So you’re saying you can sell something and then if it does not work and I’m out of luck!Bad business! I will not be coming back and will report!
