We visited the Huntley store on 4/20/24. We just wanted to purchase sheets for the bed we purchased here in 2021. Wayne, the manager was there and he was just as helpful and personable as he was when we purchased our bed.

I just want to commend Wayne Withers at the Mattress Firm in Huntley for his excellent customer service!Over the summer he helped us purchase two mattresses for my kids when we moved. He was extremely pleasant, had a good sense of humor, and was very engaging with all of us. He made an otherwise mundane experience a lot of fun.Tonight I stopped in because my daughter broke a piece off her bed while trying to rearrange her room. We were greeted by Wayne, and he was immediately helping us figure out what we needed. He had myself and my teenager laughing, and was overall very kind and helpful.Thank you for everything, Wayne! You are a joy to interact with, and your customer service skills are outstanding!
