I recently had an amazing experience with Jewel that I just had to share! I was in a bit of a predicament with a last-minute sandwich order and was concerned that it wouldn't be possible since they typically require 48 hours' notice. However, Nick, who prepared my order, and Daniel, who took it, went above and beyond to help me out, despite their busy schedule. It's not often you come across such dedicated and accommodating service! Thanks.

This Jewel is the finest establishment I've ever laid eyes on. They opened the doors and said "right this way" for Larry and I. Larry, my emotional support bird and government issued surveillance drone, and I were in amazement. Every box faced neat and orderly. Kimmie in the deli even gave Larry thoughtfully curated samples. It was truly a hoot. We will be back again and again for ages to come!

During our recent visit to your store, we encountered an unexpected issue while attempting to purchase cherries at the self-checkout. The cherries rang up at an incorrect price, prompting us to approach the service desk for assistance. We spoke with an associate named Nan, who we believe may have been a manager. Unfortunately, her response to our concern was curt and unprofessional. She replied in an aggressive and rude tone, questioning whether we had clipped the coupon and displaying unfriendly body language and facial expressions. This behavior was particularly surprising as we have consistently had positive experiences with the friendly staff at your store. It was disappointing to encounter such unprofessional conduct. As the self-checkouts are located near the service desk, we observed that Ms. Nan was noticeably more pleasant and accommodating to customers who approached her after us. We hope that this discrepancy was not related to our race or ethnicity

Thank you to the incredible deli/Chef’s Kitchen department for preparing great pretzel rolls for our party and for quickly replacing 2 full trays when we had a spill on the way home. Truly above and beyond service!

Very often this location does not have the sale items or clipped items in stock. With the elevating cost of groceries, it’s very frustrating. We have to shop at multiple grocery stores for 2 reasons, lack of inventory and elevated costs.

Not my favorite Jewel-Osco. I try to shop at Union stores and always avoid Walmart. But the people working here make me question why I keep going back. I might be done with this store.
