There pharmacy is always helpful and friendly. One time the pharmacist went from behind the counter to help us find what we needed in the shampoo aisle when I had the shingles. It took awhile but he did not mind. The grocery section is always well stocked. Staff is always helpful and friendly

Lately they are getting racist and rude. I have a Platinum insurance and they make me call to see is my prescription is covered and is covered but that’s not their job?

this jewel osco has the most incompetent, most illiterate employees i have ever seen in my entire life. talking to these cashiers is like talking to a brick wall, in one ear and out the other. it's honestly disgusting on how little these people care about their job

Went in today for two items. Person was restocking in front of the items I needed. They proceeded to cough violently all over the product, apologized and then moved to the other side of me and continued coughing right next to me. They were not wearing a mask. I don't know if this person was sick or not, but please walk away from your customers if you are having a violent coughing fit. Covid is still going around, and I have immune issues.

I us to go to Walgreens and the were awful. Once I came here you can tell there care. Any questions they will gladly awnser. The drive thru is fast aswell. If they do not have all of the meds you need at the time, they will give you some until they get them all in. That is huge lifesaver. It's great to pickup my things hassle free

2.5 stars is kinda low, but I wasn't gonna rate much better, either. The produce section is dreadful. Even after getting restocked, berrys and greens must just go bad out here. Never had this issue in the city...it's so bad I make the haul to Fresh Thyme in Crystal lake just to know I'm gonna get produce that's been checked for spoils. The carts are fine. The shelf stable products are fine. The dairy sections fine. But that produce section needs some TLC. It should be the crown...ahem...Jewel...of the store....

Horrible management team! Please, don't send your kids to work here. My son was hired a year ago, we asked him to stay there at least a year to learn patience and persistence. BUT...the older ladies just enjoy bullying younger generation, especially quiet kids who don't talk back! Constant yelling and giving "worst chores" is just not acceptable especially when a person tries so hard, and knowing my son, I know he always put 100% effort. It got to a ridiculous point when I will be contacting union and corporation in Itasca. So fed up! Something needs to be don't to break that chain up.

When shopping at the deli counter, I was horrified to see a young man cutting meat without his nose covered. Especially by sun city's vulnerable population. Shame on you jewel

I am very displeased with the front end cashiers and baggers. They are so busy carrying on conversations with each other that they forgot to bag some deli ham for the customer in front me and tried to look for him and forgot to bag my cream cheese, it's only 5 bucks but that meant me going to the store again locally so I can have my bagels. I might never see a resolution to the 5 dollars but oh well. I wish I could give you 0 stars.

This store has so much potential to make a difference in its customers' shopping experiences-yet, it hires people who don't seem to like providing customer service. Time and again I have shopped there (since it is conveniently located across the street from Del Webb) and have found myself leaving angry. This time I asked an employee in the meat department if they carried party wings. He pointed to the chicken and said there's the chicken. There was a line six deep at the deli counter and the lady in the produce department complained about other customers. For a store utilized by so many senior citizens it would make sense that they make a practice of helping customers out with their bags but they don't. Neither do they offer curbside service. They seem to know they have a captive clientele and they are satisfied with mediocre service. It's a shame for my parents and all of their other customers.
