I have had two wonderful experiences with JDM in the past four months. The first issue was with the liftgate tubes and motor and the second was with my touch screen. Both issues were diagnosed and quoted very quickly! Awesome customer service and timely repair. Did I mention that their price was considerably less than the dealer?? Definitely give them a try. Ask for Patrick.

Took my car in for an oil change. Charged me for 8qts oil but only put 5 in my car? an oil change cost $81.69 and then they didn't even tell me that I had a major leak. Read it on paperwork after the fact ? you'd think they'd try to get me to fix it but didn't say anything to me. So done with that place. And to boot, I need synthetic oil, even told them, and I'm reading the print out, they used standard ?

My 1st time at this location to get an oil change & was very pleased. I called the day of & they were able to accommodate. Customer service is good & I like that they report my service to carmax. I will most likely return.

I have been bringing my car to JDM for years! Jim, Patrick and all of the people who have worked on my car have been excellent! Jim and Patrick are always very knowledgeable and friendly! I would highly recommend JDM!!

This place might seem smaller than some other places, but don't let that make you think they're anything less than professional and effective. They're pretty fast, too. We needed a repair "yesterday" as we were scheduled to leave for a car trip. They made an extra effort to get the parts shipped in overnight, and they completed the repair in short order. I'll be using them again.

I took my vehicle here for oil change and all of a sudden I bring it back with a smell of burning oil. They tell me every gasket is leaking in my car and I need new rotors and brakes. $3600 they were obviously trying to take me, thinking I didn't know better. They are obviously lacking business and trying to get whatever they can out of the small amount of customers they have coming. Please beware

On June 21, 2023, I dropped my daughter's car off at JDM for over $1,900 in service to replace brakes. Seemed like a high figure, but since the car was nearly undriveable, I decided to go with it and get the work done. She picked up the car June 26th and the repair seemed to be fine, but she noticed that her cell phone holder was broken. I contacted JDM to ask about potential reimbursement for a $28 cell phone holder that was damaged during the repair process. JDM refused to take responsibility for the damage and refused to reimburse me for the $28 replacement following over $1,900 in payment for comprehensive repairs just a few days prior. My daughter has never lied to me in 23 years, and I absolutely believe that the holder was damaged at some point during the repair process, yet following a few requests for reimbursement, JDM refused to take responsibility and cover $28 for a broken piece of equipment that was in tact at the point of drop off. It's terrible business and they have lost a customer with a family of 5 vehicles due to their refusal to take responsibility for this item. I will never return to JDM again, and I would encourage you to find other auto providers for your needs.

Saw some great reviews online and loved the fact they've been in business over 30 years. Dropped my car off for a brake job, got an estimate for pads and rotors and they recommended new tires which I knew I already needed. I declined the tires but took them up on the brake job which I thought was a very fair price. The brakes feel really good and haven't had an issue so I will be returning and referring family and friends in the area! Thanks guys!Service: Brakes

Scheduled an appointment with them for inspection for my vehicle for Turo and I mentioned that specifically. When I came today they didn’t take me because they don’t provide that kind of service. Don’t know what kind of qualifications you need to have just to do regular check up on the vehicle but they rejected me. Very frustrating.
