Great experience. We have always taken our dog since she was 8 weeks to Huntly Animal Care. All care including spaying was done by Dr.Phillips and her team (Amanda R and Christina O) are phenomenal! Great customer service. Very experienced staff. Keep up the good work!!!!

This folks here are incredible and truly care about your critters!
I have an issue in the past, and they were very quick and professional in resolving it, they have patience with one of my dogs that we muzzle for safety and allow her to have a break when she needs it. I never feel they are rushing me or my critters out of the office, and they answer questions without judgment… it’s so hard to find a place like this that I come up from Kentucky to continue care for my babies.
The inside picture shows how comfortable the pups are in the vet office as well as outside on our walks! Love this staff!

We recently took our cat to get their 3-year rabies vaccine, everyone there was so nice and incredibly patient with our questions. Setting up a schedule was no issue and all services were relatively cheap. Would highly recommend

I can’t thank HAC enough! All of the times that we have taken my cat to HAC they have been so kind, helpful, and caring. They are so great with cats and all of the employees are so kind. They were so patient with my cat, who tends to be a bit of a diva when she has to go to the vet lmao. She’s doing so much better since we took her in. Thanks again HAC, y’all are the best.

Took my dog for routine shots that needed a follow up within a certain period of time. Explained to the tech we had a death in the family that required multiple trips out of state. She said if we were a couple of weeks beyond that point in time it was no big deal. Called to make the follow up appointment and was told we had to start all over again. Just a waste of time and money. As a side note their facility old and dated. For what they charge you would think they would upgrade it.

Terrible. Your pet is taken into the back for examination which you don’t see. Explanations are poor. Compassion is non-existent. They don’t call with lab results you have to call them. They don’t like it if you disagree about the management of the pet you know the best. Some of the worse vet experience I’ve ever had.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I took my dog here because I knew she had a bladder infection and they told me she didn't .!then took her to another place and she didn't have one so this place took my money and could of harmed my dog. They are the rudest place do not bring your pet here they just want your money. The manager Christine need to learn how to treat customers very RUDE

My boy Camino had an emergency situation yesterday and we went into Huntley Animal Care. They are AWESOME!! While he was there they caught him up on shots and did his nails. I felt very comfortable and so did Camino! You guys are great.....Thank You!

Huntley Animal Care is THE BEST! The entire staff, from the front desk to the vet techs to the veterinarians themselves are so kind, compassionate, empathetic and have always provided exceptional care for all of my pets. I highly recommend this vet to everyone!

They told me that my recently acquired cat was pregnant and they couldn’t give her all the vaccines they wanted to, but that some vaccines were fine. My cat miscarried the next day. Called and said they couldn’t do anything at that point but if I wanted to pay almost $500 they would give her an X-ray and ultrasound to make sure there wasn’t anything still in her. Brought cat to a different vet (recommended by a friend) and she was appalled that they vaccinated a pregnant cat….that there are no safe vaccines for pregnant cats. She was also able to examine my cat to assess her current health condition after her ordeal for $40. I’m so sad for my cat. And after seeing the other vet it is super clear that Huntley Animal Care is about making money and not about the actual health of your pet. Will never go back. 0 stars. Also very expensive.

SCAM ARTISTS. 1. I had a Yelp coupon and they told me they do not work with Yelp or honor Yelp discount promotions. 2. She said I will give you the discounted rate. I was aware on the weekday lower pricing, that is why my appointment was on a weekday. So she printed a paper that had weekend prices and applied the weekday price. She gave me nothing. 3. Sold and charger me for heart worm medicine that clearly said "SAMPLE" on it. Is that not illegal? 4. The place is a dump and the price is high. Save yourself the headache.
