“This was my second time here first time went next door to the Mexican flea market then I went to see what this store was all about no one really talks about it u no in my town . It was a really hot day when I first week even hotter inside but found it really amazing and so cheap too for really good furniture the small trinkets look like they belong in the garage tbh. But I the furniture looks amazing and better than goodwill and not bad prices. When back this week for a chair for my brother desk found a bunch of great looking ones . For him the perfect office chair for only $15 and it looks brand new. And great quality too then I found a really cute Bluetooth pod speaker for $1 bran new roo in the box and everything I might go back and get another one super cheap what a gem for habitat for Humanity. Everyone was doing their thing but when i found the chair I wanted I asked a worker toget me one and he told me that the shopping carts are over at the front he seem kind of lazy but I told him I don’t want to leave my things and chair so please go get me one he was kind of lazy man”

“I stopped by to look for a Moen kitchen faucet part after trying with no success directly through the manufacturer but they didn’t have the part on hand since it’s a older faucet and unfortunately due to the Chyna virus ordering and shipping times are drastically longer than normal but the gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and made a photocopy of the parts diagram and luckily I was able to order on Amazon and get the part the next day. They didn’t get a sale(no fault of their own) but they definitely made a client. Thanks gents!”

They directed me to right aisles. Home Depot has changed for the better where staff wants to help. Years ago, people would "run & hide" to avoid answering questions. “I want to acknowledge Matt, Assistant Manager at the Home Depot store in Algonquin. I had a problem with a storage rack that I ordered online. Two of the boards were not cut to correct size but unfortunately we didn't find out until it was too late to send the item back. The rack had already been assembled except for the boards to be put up. I was told that nothing could be done by the return desk employee, however, Matt found a way to help me out and the issue was resolved. Thanks for caring, Matt!”

Close to other stores good for a great overall experience.Went in to pick up items for a online order. I ended up having to search for all the items because they weren't on the floor. That was my online downside about the experience, because I had a quick three employees help me find and get the items down.Best staff ever!!! I just want to thank Marty in customer service and online order pickup for going the extra mile and taking care of me and an online order that went wrong. It would have been easy to say we can't take care of that, or call someone else in corporate. But not Marty, he handled my issue like the pro he is and I really appreciate his and the rest of the staff there for taking the initiative and making another loyal and happy customer!!!
