The Chase branch on 47 in Huntley has always been our "Go-to" bank. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Erik and Carrie, (branch manager) are especially professional and knowledgeable in conveying all Chase financial offers. Great Job!

I've been a customer of Chase for about 15 years. Used branches in Evergreen Park, Woodstock, Flossmoor, and all over Chicago. This is the only branch I've had a negative experience at. Two days ago, I called because I received a check for storm repairs with 3 parties on it, one of which is a business. I called inquiring as what I'd need to cash this check as I suspected that I'd need 3 signatures. To my surprise, I was told as long as my name is on it I'd be fine cashing it with just my signature. I even asked if they were sure and was told according to their system yes I could just come in and cash it.So yesterday I head to this branch to cash this check. Lo and behold I'm told they need a signature from each party in order to cash it. For future reference, they had this check in hand, they know it's myself, another individual, and a business named on it. So I run around and get the other two parties to sign the check. Today I return to cash this check. Now they're saying that because a business is named the business must cash the check. At this point I'm outraged, their staff blew smoke up my butt twice and wasted a my time. While the new teller may have actually been knowledgeable of her job, her snippy attitude did nothing but add to my negative experience. I told them in not so nice ways to give me my card/check and stormed out.Obviously I'll never have anything to do with this branch again. I'll spend an extra 10 minutes driving to Lake in the Hills to hopefully have some professional service.

Rude staff on the phone, unwilling to help reach as resolution on receiving charges i shouldn’t be receiving on my cards. forced to hold for 20 minutes before being told i need to wait another 30 minutes to speak to a supervisor

My brother went into this bank to get money. His account was frozen for days and he had no clue. He just thought there was a issue with his debit card because it was bent. The manager was rude and would not tell him or give him an explanation on why he couldn't have his money. Any of it. How would you feel if you had to buy groceries or pay bills and take care of your kids but you couldn't have the money you worked for? He drove to Woodstock to that chase and the manager was much more willing to help him. He got his money.because he understood

Tried to get open my own account that wouldn't be linked to our other accounts. By the time I got home, my husband knew that I opened the account and was able to see everything. When I called, they said that that couldn't be possible. I showed them the message that was sent. When I closed the account, they said that they would deposit my money back to my other bank. Needless to say, it was deposited into our other Chase account.

I tried to get through to them at the branch to see if I could get something notarized. I had to go through this long prompt and give my debit card number and pin in order to get to a place in the queue that I could speak to a live person. After being on hold for what seemed like forever I got the automated operator saying everybody was busy to call another number if you needed help. This is annoying. Reconsidering banking here. I’d much rather bank at a local bank or I could actually talk to a person when I call.

Went to go get coins for laundry everywhere on the building Says branch closes at 6 but nope got there 530 and everything is shut down. Ridiculous

People who wrote bad reviews are likely bad customers themselves who know nothing of patience and kindness to other people. Everyone at Chase is extremely helpful and are always giving the best experience every time I go. They always greet you hello and goodbye, and have a fast process when taking care of the customers.

Would get a better review and more business if they actually picked up the phone. 13 calls to them went unanswered today. No problem, FNBO picked up the first time and got the business.
