The Chase branch on 47 in Huntley has always been our "Go-to" bank. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Erik and Carrie, (branch manager) are especially professional and knowledgeable in conveying all Chase financial offers. Great Job!

I've been a customer of Chase for about 15 years. Used branches in Evergreen Park, Woodstock, Flossmoor, and all over Chicago. This is the only branch I've had a negative experience at. Two days ago, I called because I received a check for storm repairs with 3 parties on it, one of which is a business. I called inquiring as what I'd need to cash this check as I suspected that I'd need 3 signatures. To my surprise, I was told as long as my name is on it I'd be fine cashing it with just my signature. I even asked if they were sure and was told according to their system yes I could just come in and cash it. So yesterday I head to this branch to cash this check. Lo and behold I'm told they need a signature from each party in order to cash it. For future reference, they had this check in hand, they know it's myself, another individual, and a business named on it. So I run around and get the other two parties to sign the check. Today I return to cash this check. Now they're saying that because a business is named the business must cash the check. At this point I'm outraged, their staff blew smoke up my butt twice and wasted my time. While the new teller may have actually been knowledgeable of her job, her snippy attitude did nothing but add to my negative experience. I told them in not so nice ways to give me my card/check and stormed out. Obviously, I'll never have anything to do with this branch again. I'll spend an extra 10 minutes driving to Lake in the Hills to hopefully have some professional service.

Would get a better review and more business if they actually picked up the phone. 13 calls to them went unanswered today. No problem, FNBO picked up the first time and got the business.

This branch allowed my husband to withdraw a substantial amount of money from my savings account. This is NOT a joint account. It is in my name only. Whichever bank employee authorized this withdrawal did not bother to check first names on the account and match the complete name on the account with the complete name on the ID that my husband showed. Very scary to entrust money to an institution that allows this kind of sloppiness with people's money.

Never have been treated more poorly. The branch manager Rooail Jacob is incompetent, arrogant and unprofessional. Also, staff is not knowledgeable with procedure. Filed a formal complaint and will continue to do so until resolved.

I have been very satisfied with this location. Everytime I walk in, I have been greeted by a bank official who asks how he/she can help me. The teller cages are toward the back of the location and not very visible from the front, so it was a little confusing the first time. They do have a drive-through ATM, an ATM inside the front door which is always accessible, and a special ATM inside the lobby which can dispense money in any denomination desired. (I wish this one were available all the time, also.)

This location so far has been pretty unsatisfactory. Chase is no longer my primary bank as there is not one in my location (and I work at another large national bank) but I still have to go in occasionally to withdraw money that is sent to me. Every time I have gone in there are no tellers at the front. I usually wait a couple minutes and then someone comes up to help me at the teller line (maybe I just come at the wrong times?). I am not sure but usually there is at least one person at the teller line at all times. The one time I went in to close my savings (while leaving my checking alone) I had to wait 15 minutes for a banker, when all three bankers were on their computers. I know that you might be busy for a second, but I was not even acknowledged. I am not sure about Chase but at my bank as a teller I am required to greet every customer. After being greeted I was seated at the bankers desk and I explained that I wanted to withdraw the money in savings and close it. He said okay and went to work. After playing on the computer for five minutes he asked me "you just wanted to transfer to your checking right?". No sir, I want to close the account and get the cash. "Okay, yeah give me a second". After a couple more minutes he asks me again if I wanted to transfer to my checking and then close the account. Again, no sir I would like the cash and then close. He proceeds to leave and come back with my $1200, but before he could count it to me, he sneezes, not away from me or in his hand, but all over my cash (and me). I write it off (everyone gets sick, nothing new) and watch him count it out to me. He gets to the last $100 bill, wipes his nose with his hand and then hands the bill to me...without wiping his hand or anything. I don't have a phobia of germs, but when I watch mucus get onto your hand, and then my money in front of my face I cringe on the inside a little. If I got a complaint like that at work I could get in serious trouble. Anyway, I will not be going to this branch anymore. I have been to the branch on Randall road about five miles away before and had nothing but success.
