Found a nail in my tire and Belle got me in right away. It was near the sidewall, but they were able to repair it at no cost. So easy to deal with them! Clean store and great employees. I will be back for a new set when I am ready!

Excellent experience, Alex was great, got me in without an appointment. I had a bulge in the sidewall of my tire. Too dangerous to drive. I was in and out quicker than I expected. Excellent customer service and experience.

Trevor was upfront and honest on what it would cost to remove lug nuts that the dealership said would cost $360 because they were rounded. He told me first case scenario and he took them off no problem. $55 and I was out the door. I will be back in the future for all our vehicles.

This is the first time I went to Belle Tires in Huntley, IL. I needed to get my back right tire fixed which needed to be replaced. I was in shock on how short of a time it took to get an old tire off to installing a brand new tire. I was in and out of that place with 20 minutes. It took 3 minutes to install a new tire. The team (headed by Alex), is very courteous, kind, best prices, honest…what an award winning team. You would think this team has something to do with NASCAR pit crew (super fast and accurate) no doubt. Make no mistake, they’re the BEST! I was really impressed for my first time and I will return again and again. Thank you Belle Tires in Huntley for your excellent work/performance and staying open until 6pm.

Appointment time means nothing. Didn’t even have the car in the bay untill half hour after scheduled time. Was told when I came in that it would be ready by 930, turned out to be 10:00. When an employees mother in law came in her car was taken in and worked on and finished immediately. Sad sad way to treat customers. The price is good value and complimentary coffee is nice, but that’s everywhere. Nothing to have this place standout. Discount tire is worth the drive to Algonquin.

I never leave reviews but I feel I need to here. I’ve had a couple vehicles serviced by Belle since they opened and I’m just blown away by the level of service they provide. It’s not something you expect with big chain stores these days, especially tires, but they do it. They go above and beyond. Customer for life. Keep it up Belle!
