I explained we were in need of a very quick turnaround due to unforeseen circumstances. As soon as I submitted my order, she told me she was going right back to the warehouse to talk to her team & explain the situation to see if they might be able to knock out our order quickly. I got the shipping notification later that same day. I was blown away. This was such an important tool to us and being able to tell my team the parts to fix it were en route was a great feeling.
