The staff here is amazing! So nice and friendly. The work was done quick and there were no surprises except for how sweet Tiffany at the front desk was. Rob took good care of my car and I will be a repeat customer should I have problems in the future!

I definitely recommend coming to this Crash Champions. Shoutout to Tiffany for being professional all while providing excellent customer service at the same time. Will definitely be coming back for any repairs in the future.

0 stars is what this so called company deserves. I loved the atomospher that Adams Collison center provided until one day it became this so called company. Work was still incredible and the employees did amazing work. Unfortunately, once ownership changed, the whole atmosphere changed. I personally pulled into the parking lot one day and was so disheveled listening to management swear and scream at their employees. I personally would never step foot on the premises for how uncomfortable I felt for their poor employees. Great job to new management for Turing a great shop into trash.

I personally would not take anything there. I used to work there. Crash champion is a completely different shop compared to Adams. They only care about numbers. They don't care about what the car looks like anymore and for everybody here that had work done at Adam's in the past. There are no remaining employees from Adam's left .The worst thing about it is is the only thing crash champions did different was bring Rob in.
He completely destroyed that shop

Someone hit my truck and damaged the bumper and tailgate. Adam’s worked awesome with my insurance, sent me texts to update me, and were incredibly thorough. My truck looks better than when I bought it!! I highly highly recommend them, did I say highly!!

We've been a customer for probably ten years. Had a few vehicles repaired there in the past. Adams had been my "go-to" for auto body work.... but after my last interaction with " the new guy" and the feeling the entire vibe has changed, I will seek service elsewhere.

I cannot say enough about Adams!!! I've had a few cars fixed here and every single time amazing. The latest visit was for my daughter's car (VW Jetta) they was pretty wrecked on the bottom half. They had to use an auto shop, and themselves, to fix everything. It took quite sometime but 100% worth it! Darren sent me text msg almost daily to keep me posted in the progress and the gal at the desk was so nice every time my daughter called to check on her car (she lives in Michigan and was living the no car life). The car is beautiful! You couldn't see the damage so pictures will never do it justice. When my BMW was there, years ago, equally ad pristine!! 10 out of 10 every time!!!

My car was in small fender bender back in July last year. I decide to go with Adams collision. The Staff was friendly and the work was done within the given time frame. I had a new back bumper put on but with in several months I had notice the left driver side started to pop out. So I did take the car back for them to fix/look at it. Needless to say they never fully fixed the issue. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
