The guy at the counter was racist towards my younger sister. Told her to go into the mens bathroom instead of the women. Followed her around the store, and as soon as she left to the car he let us be.

The guy behind the counter said no free slurpees here. Every other 7/11 is having fun giving away free slurpees today but this guy says no. Quite rude about it too. Last time I visit this location.

Guy in there is super weird. Locks up the men’s room for no reason and pretends like he doesn’t know if it’s locked. Then knocks as I’m using the restroom when nobody is waiting.

Gave it one star because I couldn't give it 0. Ran into to grab a drink and something quick to eat. Patel told me they only took cash. So I used cash and then was informed that they had no change either, so Patel kept the change. This is a complete joke I will never come back and would suggest no one else does as well

Young guy behind counter tried charging me for an additional drink that I didn’t purchase and then proceeded to argue with me when I showed him my bag and receipt. Finally reversed the charge after 10 minutes of going back and forth with me. Hire someone else. Ridiculous.

Stopped at this 7 Eleven around 11:45am this morning. As I stood in line, every customer that walked in did not have masks on! I hate wearing these darn things just like everyone else but there is a sign on the door that clearly states to wear a mask! Even the gentleman behind the counter wasn't wearing one, nor was he making people leave until the put one on! I'm protecting them, but nobody is protecting me! I will NOT come back until the store owner/manager gets this under control, and I will be telling everyone in my neighborhood (we live 2 minutes away) what is going on at this particular store. Huntley is a town with a lot of elderly people who really need to be protected.....this virus will NEVER go away with conduct like this going on!

the guy that is there the most is an odd sort and not in a good way. I have gone inside to pay for my gas and he pretends to not know I'm standing at the counter waiting. The last time I was there he continued to pretend he was busy filling up the straws holder for drinks and did so for over 5 minutes, and that will be the last time I waste another minute at this 7-11 where a very rude short man works- (or least pretends to work)

If you are heading southbound towards the Jane Addams Tollway (I-90_ and want to kill two birds with one stone - getting gas and something to nibble on, this 7-Eleven is the perfect place. In front there are about a dozen Exxon gas pumps under a canopy. This 7-Eleven is open 24 hours (as are the gas pumps) and they have everything that 7-Eleven is known for, ice, propane, ATM and lottery tickets, as well as Slurpees and Big Gulps. The staff is efficient and if it is not crazy busy, they are friendly. The prices are just a bit towards the high side on some of the grocery items.

I started shopping here in the morning just to pick up a few things before work. Their customer service is just poor and they get offended if you ask them to bag your purchase. Last time, they just threw everything into the bag hard enough to damage some of my purchase and did it mockingly. I wont shop here again. If they can't handle simple tasks like bagging items or providing a receipt, maybe they shouldn't be working at a gas station.

I myself havent had a bad experience here but I can see why others would. If you need something and you stop by randomly, you're good. If you'd like to make this place a daily stop, I wouldnt.
