“Got a great deal in renting my 2nd unit. Very easy - rented in person but still got the online rate. Nice, clean facility and I feel my precious stored items are safe there. Only complaint would be the number of times my rent goes up, but I guess that's a sign of the times.”

Speaking with someone on the phone to understand their offerings..locations, sizes, prices, and the offer to hold a unit for us while I discussed with my husband were fantastic. We did a drive-by of their west Bloomington location and were very pleased by the location, the cleanliness and setup of the facility. I went online the next morning, and registering for the reserved space was easy peasy. Got our location and key code right away. We were storing items two hours later. Followup to make sure we had not problems was surprising and much appreciated. We have used another storage facility in the past...Storage Express is a much better experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to store possessions away from their home. And if we move again, I will check immediately to find the nearest Storage Express.”

“This is the third time I've rented space from them. They have always been friendly and prompt to address any questions or concerns you have. I had issue with my door to storage unit and it happened that the owner of business was there that day . He went himself with me to my unit seen what the issue was and had it fixed promptly. He is a very kind and friendly owner that you can tell wants his customers happy and satisfied.”

“Clean and staff not on site however do monitor property very well. If you're a person that may get behind on your unit they do not do payment arrangements you need to pay in full. That's the only downside. Otherwise quiet location property kept up.”
“I stopped into this U-Hail location earlier this year with an urgent trailer hitch part need on my way out of town close to closing time. Cordell (sp?) was the only one working but took the time to listen to my problem, check the system, and even went back to the shop and found what I needed with no hassle. Very much appreciated his service! Great location. Visited several times with no complaints!”

“I rented space from Atlanta Georgia not sure which staff member I spoke with but professional from start to end. Arrived at facility upon unloading panic hit, I had more belongings than the unit I rented, my daughter immediately called the number provided but unfortunately it was Saturday and Scotty’s was not open. Within seconds we got either a call back or text from Angie. She told us that we could actually rent out another unit that day. We did and the day was saved. Angie has made herself available even off duty and myself and my family appreciated this quality. The units and the ground are well maintained cameras add extra security. Ive never rented a storage unit before but feel the pricing was fair for the the property being well kept again inside and out. I personally want to thank Ms. Angie for being available when we most needed assistance on July 31 and particularly Aug 31?Would definitely recommend”
