“It's a gas station with a decent convenience store and car wash. With the exception of the car wash being down occasionally everything goes well every time I visit.”
“I hardly ever write reviews, but I feel compelled to let the Bloomington-Normal area know about the excellent service I received today at Bill's. They not only repaired my exhaust problem, but also took care of a few other minor issues at no cost. Their final charge was more than fair. The chief mechanic really listened to what I needed and could afford. He was super-friendly and provided me with outstanding customer service.
Bill's is a locally-owned business, almost an icon in the Miller Park neighborhood. They may look like a small, two-bay repair shop, but when it comes to vehicles, their name says it all: they are FULL SERVICE. I am one very satisfied customer. You will be, too!”
“Being from jersey then traveling to Illinois was experience. Didn't know that you had to pump your own gas. I didn't even know how at first. You have pay inside store first then pump. I definitely see why they don't do this in jersey it would be too much craziness.”

“If you're passing through Bloomington Normal on I-55 and need a place to stop for gas, a bathroom, and a cup of coffee, this is it.My wife's quote - "That's the nicest gas station bathroom I've ever been in!". She actually repeats that sentiment later on. The men's room was very clean as well.I also found both employees working there helpful and friendly.I grabbed a fresh cup of coffee was on my way. “Been going to this store for years and even worked there for a very short time. I've never had a bad experience with staff and it is always kept clean. Otherwise, it is mostly a standard Sam's Club. If you buy in bulk or run a business, it can definitely be a money saver. The only criticism I can regularly encounter is that there are never enough tables for people eating there. The food is good and cheap, so I just tend to get carryout instead.”

“I’d like to think Carolyn Nesby for her most wonderful service and she’s very cordial and very nice and there’s another gentleman in there. He happens to be African-American. Very good chicken very good service. The cashiers were nice. Carolyn was exceptionally nice the gentleman the African-American gentleman back. They are cooking the chicken and the gizzards were delicious on point everything was great. Thank you.”

“I hit a deer and about 5:30am. My first call was to a popular 24/7 tow company and was told to call back at 7 to set something up. I called Wink's and someone was there within 20 minutes. Wink's is now my go to tow company.”

“The attendant was very friendly. I used my debit card to purchase gas st the pump. When I was done, it didn't give me a receipt. I had to go inside to get one. The attendant could tell I was upset, she smiled, said she was sorry and I felt better. She wished me a Happy New Year. Due to employees like her, I'll definitely be getting my gas here more often.”

“Seriously one of the nicest gas stops I’ve been to. Cashier was very sweet and personable. She didn’t have to, but she told me about a coupon deal for gum that ended up saving me a lot of money. Unfortunately the coffee was cold, but I was there very late at night.”

“Stopped for fuel en route to Madison, WI on June 30, 2024. Place was clean, organized & service friendly. Fuel was a bit high but there was an air compressor & I needed to fill my left rear tire. I had some trouble & a friendly man, naned Mike, I think, came by to offer assistance. A local, he showed kindness by his assistance & talked about selling fire fighting equipment as I'd mentioned Pierce Mfg was formerly a client of mine. *Thanks 'Mike!'*
There were two nice-sized grassy areas close by in which I could exercise my Lab & terrier dogs, also traveling with me.
I stopped again en route South in late July since I'd had a positive 1st visit!
