I went there to try and schedule an appointment or a time for my bearing to get fixed and my shifter quit working when I went to repark (which they ended up telling me it was a broken shifter cable). I went in and told them what happened and they were nice enough to fit me in and also found some other major problems and asked if I wanted those fixed and got them taken care of. They had my vehicle in and out in a couple of days and my vehicle runs smoothly now.”

“Had a great and very appreciative experience today with Dave. Our annual road trip from Michigan to California usually goes flawless with our Volvo wagon. Unfortunately, today was different. I felt misfire and chugging and pulled over on I-55. Found the problem right away, a blown coil pack. First place I called was Duvall's after reading the reviews. Talked to Dave on the phone and he was very helpful. He was fantastic and stayed open longer and had his guy pick up the part on a late Friday afternoon.
