The store is very clean. The gentleman who Help me was very helpful and very kind! The gentleman that helped me was Funny And that made it more fun to be there. I did find the prices way too high!

Just watched my father in law make three trips here for his medication. He got the text that it was filled at 1:00. We stopped in on lunch and were told to come back later that it wasn’t ready yet. So we came back at 4:30 and it apparently STILL wasn’t ready. We were told to come back after 5…..we are here now and guess what…..it STILL ISNT READY! There going to cause the wrong person to lose their life and end up dealing with TRAGIC consequences. I suggest corporate get involved NOW before someone takes matters in their own hands

Definitely understaffed, sometimes our meds are on backorder, but usually those meds are on backorder MOST places. The staff works extremely hard and keeps up with the demands of an entire town and then some with basically one person running non-stop. It's posted everywhere that the pharmacy is closed for lunch at lunchtime, but the poor pharmacist has to actually breathe at some point! Everyone deserves a lunch break.Sometimes the drive through window is closed because only one staff member is available and they can only keep one register open at a time. Not everyone can go through the drive thru. Not everyone has access to a car. So the inside is open and the window closed. Makes sense right?I'm grateful that the remaining staff hasn't left us high and dry. It would be hard on many to try to get to Danville or Paxton or Watseka. Let's all try to be kind.

If it were possible to give NEGATIVE, "stars" that place is a JOKE! Checked out of the Hospital, was going to fill the RX. locally. I called at first " Closed" out to LUNCH! Called back spoke to a woman. Her statement told VOLUMES!" I was the only one who showed up for work today, I'm doing the best I possibly can!" 09/02/2023 afternoon.

The refused to give life saving medication to people also are very rude they lie and they will make it so u half to go to the hospital bc they refuse to give the medicine they wouldn’t even take my name they just said we r not serving you Hoopeston cvs needs to be investigated and they are killing people bc they think it’s funny

Honestly this is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to no standard of care whatsoever will lie about the reason they are unable to fill a necessary medication and then act like they have done nothing wrong I would give 0 stars if it were possible

With my family we have prescriptions sent to cvs and have had to other pharmacies. Which is a big hassle and it's a delay in treatment. They always say they are out of stock. But they need to have a stock to begin with before they say they are out of it. There was a pharmacist and assistant that was extremely rude to my husband and son. They kept entering the wrong insurance information and kept saying my son didn't have insurance but what it turned out to be is that they kept entering the wrong name of the insurance. It caused my husband to run back and forth to cvs and our house and they still didn't figure it out. The next day a different group of people entered it correctly and was able to process. The 2 employees were arguing with my husband about the insurance was very unprofessional.

A couple staff members there are exemplary. Most are not. They often refuse to update information causing medication delays, sometimes for life saving medications. Certain staff members will hang up on you if you tell them something isn't correct. District managers are as bad as employees. They change about every year or so. Fun fact, they refused to answer questions about my prescriptions to me. But allowed someone else to call in and just ask for my info with a birthday. The pharmacy tech gave them my doctor info and everything. Without even knowing who they were talking to. They never asked. When I brought this up as a HIPAA violation to district manager A.T. he said he didn't feel like it was. He also said there was no way for me to file a HIPAA complaint with CVS. Only he could do it and it wasn't really necessary. It wasn't until I filed a proper HIPAA violation complaint with the government that he filed the appropriate paperwork with CVS corporate. A.T. has failed to properly respond to most of the other issues. For safety and privacy reasons I can NOT recommend this place.

Every time I call this Pharmacy usually the same woman answers the phone it is by far rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my entire LIFE! CVS PHARMACY should listen THE WAY THIS WOMAN IS SPEAKING TO PEOPLE ....I'm not sure what this woman's name is but I will find out and I am calling cooperate.... it is utterly disgusting how this woman speaks and treats people!!!!
