I bike here all the time, it's a great place to get things. They sell comics, manga, Pokémon cards, and a lot more stuff. I'd recommend if you want to get Pokémon cards for a good price, and it's also a nice place to play board games with your friends.

There was such a variety of anime and comics. The guy working was very knowledgeable about everything. This is now my go to spot for all my anime/comic needs. There was table and chairs set up towards the back that I didn't ask about but I would assume people meet up and discuss all things comic or maybe play a little D&D. Either way it was pretty cool.

A great local hang out spot for fans of sequential fiction. Everyone who works here is the opposite of the "Comic Book Guy" trope we all know too well. They are inviting, friendly, and helpful.Check out the local section for the best comics in the south burbs!

1st time in, the clerk was very helpful and friendly! Cozy atmosphere. Was told they play Commander (Magic the Gathering) on Fridays. Will definitely be back!

I have been going to The Zone for a few years now, ever since I moved to the area. It was recommended to me by friends who had been going there for even longer. The owner Alex is great and the environment is very inviting. Whether you are into comics or trading card games Alex has a lot of knowledge and gives great recommendations. I saw him helping a mom with her young son pick out his first ever comic. I could tell that the mom was a little out of her league in a comic bookstore but Alex made sure to help make both the mom and son feel welcomed and invited. He asked great questions to see where their interests were and gave great recommendations for them. Just to see the relief on the mother's face and the excitement in the kids eyes brought me back to how we all got into these hobbies. I hope The Zone is there forever to help more and more people find a home for the hobbies we all love. Thanks for helping me and so many others Alex!

Although everything is slow-moving, the personnel are friendly and helpful and in general they can answer your questions.

Huge collections of comics. They have a rack filled with 75 cents comics. I got like 11 comic books and 2 moon knight comics all for 17 bucks! Definitely worth going here! The people there were really helpful and had a good conversation with them. You guys are amazing! 10/10
