The service was great until I got a bill a week later and had not even moved in my new place. The service wasn't even on yet and the sent me a bill that they gave me a $7.75 credit for. I move in 11/1 and the bill is due 11/16 ? If I didn’t have to have comcast I wouldn't and would never recommend them.

I went it because my esim would not connect properly and Tevin got me an physical Sim that worked properly within minutes. The rest of the staff were very friendly and did not hesitate to ask have I been helped whenTevin stepped away for less than a minute to get a Sim card for me. Thank you all for your effort and support!

This place never wants to help if you didn’t purchase or activate here. They would much rather turn you away than help.
