The lovely store serviced my watch, but unfortunately, the job wasn't done well. I had to return it because the crystal fell out and the second hand button wasn't functional. They replaced the crystal, but the second hand button was still bent. I only discovered this when I had to send it to Citizen for a complete repair, paying once again.

We have nothing but praise to give to Van Sipma’s team. We came here because my fiancé’s dad used to buy jewelry for my fiancé’s mom over 30 years ago. To make our engagement and wedding extra special, my fiancé gave me his parents' wedding bands. To honor the memory of my in-laws, we asked Ashley to combine the gold wedding bands into one for my fiancé and use some of that to also create a necklace so I could keep a piece of their jewelry.Ashley was incredible, bringing to life my ideas for my engagement ring and my wedding band. She had great attention to detail and was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. I love our pieces and it makes me happier knowing the meaning of it all.We love that we get to keep Van Sipma’s in our lives and now with so many more beautiful memories!Highly recommend and I’m certain we will be back soon!

I first found this jeweler 2yrs ago and had such a wonderful experience that I returned to have them service my wedding ring again but this time I brought the hubby and he had his serviced as well. The service done on both rings were outstanding, so much that both rings look like totally different rings.Thank you for taking such great care of our rings?5 star service!!

Amazing customer service! They are patient, knowledgeable, understanding. I worked with Lynn. She did amazing work on some custom jewelry I needed cleaned and installed. And fast! 10/10 highly recommended

My granny's Seiko leather watch band had dry rotted after many years of wear.She didn't want to get rid of it so I googled to see Jeweler nearby and was able to get in and out within 15 minutes with new leather band plus battery.Thanks for quick service!

SUCH A GREAT PLACE. I just got possession of my grandma’s ring and it was definitely worn out with the years that she’s worn it and it definitely needed a cleaning. I came to this location to get a cleaning and to resize the ring. The people were so nice and welcoming. They did a great job. I will definitely be coming back.

Everyone at Van Sipma's is so patient and helpful. They walk you through the process of building a ring step by step. You tell them what you're looking for and they get it and in a timely manner. They don't pressure you about anything. They make you feel comfortable. We are definitely customers for life.

I have brought jewelry before but this time, I brought in a delicate glass flower that had been broken into 4 pieces. Van Sipma’s put it back together and you can’t tell it was broken. Very happy.

I used to have the tools necessary to adjust watch band length. I still have the tools, but lack the manual dexterity and near vision that are required. Having numerous watches that I've collected over the past 45/50 years, I decided it was time to wear some of them. Enter Van Sipma Jewelers. I gave them a call, they said "come on down" and away I went. I received a very pleasant greeting and they got to work. Impressive is the best I can say. They got my 18K gold watch to fit perfectly and then were enthusiastic to take on my well worn but never properly sized Casio MTG Solar charged Atomic timed watch my Mother had given to me prior to her passing. It made me feel so good to finally wear it properly. Thank you, Van Sipma Jewelers for welcoming my relatively minor amount of business (2x$10=$20 Total) I will be back!

Since I've learned about them in 2010, they have always made me proud of their business. Whenever I want to go extra mile for a Gift I head straight to them and as always I get Smiles and Satisfaction from those who I get gifts for from them. Always at the very best.
