“I came to Stanfa to have my breaks look at. I heard loud scrapping coming from my back breaks. When I arrived I interacted with Craig who was wonderful. After they checked my car I was told what the issues was and the best fix and solution. It was straight forward and honest. I of course went with their suggestion and the cost was very reasonable considering what all needed to be done to my rear brakes, drums, rotors. I was very happy with the service and the staff and will be going back for any future service.”

A longtime Family run Tinley Park; business that’s friendly; and very professional managed. You can (via your cell phone) monitor your cars progress during the service. They even provide you with pictures of what they’re seeing and what it means for you and your car. “Caught a pesky nail in my tire and found this shop in a search “near me.” I pulled into the bay and was seen in less than 10 minutes. There were a few cars already being serviced, but they were in and out real quick. They jacked the car up, took the tire off, and quoted me $20 dollars to patch the tire. Within 5-10 minutes he was back with the repaired tire. The waiting room is small but very clean…but you’ll be in and out so you probably won’t have time to wait ;-)”

“New Inner and outer tie rod ends where installed a day prior to visiting for an alignment. They have a charge policy regardless of the vehicle being serviced when you drop off the keys. I was the first customer of the day and expressed my disagreement with their policy. Of course I don't want to pay for anything extra. Service is already pricey enough. I was confident with the new parts that the alignment would occur. Turned out I was wrong. They returned my keys no charge but wasn't able to identify what other parts were worn out. Found out from another shop but content that I didn't have to pay with no service being performed that day. Things to check related to an alignment: Struts, Inner and outer tie rod ends, and / or control arms. 8/16/24”

When I couldn’t afford a brand spanking new tire and when we saw that the tire could not be plugged… they suggested a spare for cheap!! Which I didn’t even think of so Thank You Edwin! Your customer service was great! ? They are open on Sundays which is hard as ever to find around here. But thankfully they were open so I can get to work.”

“I had 2 slow leaking tires on my passenger side on 7/19/24. Woke up to 2 flat tires Saturday. I must've run over some debris in the street. Fortunately, when I brought my tires in 2023 from Pep Boys, I also purchased the "road hazard" coverage. Ran to the Pep Boys in Homewood on Halsted, Joshua and Tony was able to repair 1 tire and replaced the rear tire for me immediately! Thank you Gentlemen for your professionalism and quick response!
