While I am thankful for the self-scan isles that they have put in, the Homewood, Illinois store is the messiest Target store I have ever had the misfortune of trying to shop in. What a stinking disastrous mess. You would be very hard-pressed to find any real organization in the clothes section. I am in the Tinley Park Target right now and it is beautiful and very organized and everything is in place even at 4:00 p.m. They know how to run a store here but the Homewood Target needs serious help.

I went to the Target in Homewood on Saturday, May 26 at 11 a.m. The store was a complete mess. It looked as if whatever condition the store was in Friday night when they closed was how associates left it. The women’s shoe section looked absolutely ransacked. There were so many shoes on the floor - just piles everywhere. The shoes in boxes were all out of size order. The clothing section was a mess as well. The fitting room an associate told me I could use was full of clothes. This store was in such a terrible state. It didn’t look clean. I don’t know what is going on, but I suggest store & regional management get it together sooner rather than later. Nobody wants to shop in a messy, unorganized store.

They removed half the registers to put in self check out yet the self check outs are NEVER open and Then they will have 1 cashier working at rush hour .. what’s the point in that ?

Staff is great. Post is about checkout. No matter what time of the day I come there is only 1 or 2 checkout aisles open. Even the self checkout lane don't work that often.
