Nice friendly workers. Extremely helpful. They were quite busy when I came in but it was the weekend for the new Samsung galaxy 24 release. Don't go on a release date unless you're getting that phone. You will wait. Our wait wasn't so bad approximately 20-30 minutes just to get help. Some people walked out.We went there to activate and swap phones on our plan so it didn't take long once started. We were going to buy the phone from another T-Mobile store but they didn't have it and it would take 7 to 10 days, so we ordered it online with Samsung on their website. It was cheaper and faster to get. They offered cash purchase or add it monthly on our account. Win win situation. No wait either. We got the phone in about 3 days.Brought the phone in and T-Mobile switched out the sim cards and started the data swap. Approximately 15 minutes or so after we were helped.

Very inconsistent with the service.On Sunday I took my Z Fold 4 in because of an ink line on the opened screen. The young lady looked at it and the manager on duty looked at the device. She tells me that the ink on the screen is a known problem and that I could go to a repair location pay $20.00+$5.49 to have it repaired on the spot OR have the unit shipped to the store and pay the $5.49. As I was pressed for time, I opted for the shipping of the replacement exchange and was informed via text when the order was placed, shipped, and ready for pick up.Upon receiving the text ready for pick up, I stopped what I was doing to go to this location for pickup. Once in the store instead of conducting the exchange I was there for, this associate is playing detective and now states that my phone (which was approved for the exchange) is now not covered. And that I should go through the Cracked screen insurance and not the other one that was promised!WTH!!! Why wasn't that said at first?One associate tells me one thing and another one tells me something. Waste of my time and illed mannered from the staff. Be consistent with all customers and some situations avoid themselves. I will not shop this location anymore.

The workers there never really want to help you out. That's how they come across to me every single time I go there for assistance. Last time I was there, to get help transferring my data and information from my old phone to replacement, the guy was practically pushing me out the door.As a result,All of my files and downloads were lost.He was too impatient, couldn't wait to factory reset the old phone.Thanks for NOTHING!!You've managed to help me lose very important information that I can't get back or replace.Including medical , legal, and other documentation.

They good but like well phon stores they are slow. T-Mobile does not give good deals on phones , interest rate higj.

I want to personally Thank Kiem for his EXCELLENT SERVICE today!!! I visited the Orland Park store to replace my 360 Screen Protector and the Rep named AMIR, did not execute the situation as well as I would like. I had to call the Homewood store and Kiem really stepped up and provided EXCELLENT customer service. He advised the Rep to call T-Mobile CS and the Rep did not want to do it. Amir advised, since he did not make the error, he can not help to fix it. WHAT?!?!?!?!? Kiem, reassured he will be happy to assist me and advised he will be in the store 7pm. He truly made my day! I ended up getting the situation resolved, but I had to give flowers aka "Shout-OUT" to Kiem for his Customer Service. Thank you and keep doing what you doing!!! It's definitely noticed!!!

Great experience! Brandon went above and beyond to help me pick a new phone after my old phone had water damage &wouldn't turn on anymore. He was extremely helpful in setting up the phone & making sure all my questions were answered. Very authentic & knowledgeable sales rep. I highly recommend him!
