“I had to take time out to write a review on what great customer service I received from Cleo here at this location! I came in one night rushing and panicking because I needed business cards printed and cut before my boutique launched. She was so helpful OMG just unbelievable!! She literally had a hour before the store closed and as she helped all the other customers she bounced back and forth to help me create my design, download and send it to fedex and printed and cut them for me I continuously come back to this location because she is just wonderful she helped me a couple years ago with a lot of stuff for my wedding!! She's great!!!”
“Just had a run in for the first time here, and Yvonne is truly a delightful person. She was very kind even when the label for my package was improperly put on, she put on clear tape to correct it, very quick as well. We made a little enjoyable small talk as well. I have never felt the need to review a place ever but she's different, she's something else. If you have the option, definitely come here over other places, I promise you won't be disappointed”

“Discovered this gem a couple months ago. So much better than shipping packages at the post office, UPS Store, or FedEx office. They move through customers very quickly so you aren't waiting in a line for a half hour like the other establishments I mentioned above. Also, the customer service is top notch. “Everytime I come by here there is a driver abusing the equipment on their docks. The training these guy recieve is terrible and it is very evident.The guy ramming the fence and trailers into trailers is doing a decent job now. Definitely need to invest in a short yard dog though would save a lot in damaged trailers and time.”

“Liked this FedEx outlet a lot. Our Orland Park location was closed for some reason, and this Tinley Park center was the next closest. We dropped in and had no trouble getting what we needed. The sales people were very helpful and friendly. We had also been looking for a place to get passport photos, but this place had a broken machine (just like our neighborhood outlet). I suspect the FedEx locations really don't want the passport photo business as it takes away time from what they are known for - packaging and shipping. This FedEx location is very good, give it a try.”

She was the only employee working at this location when I went this morning (Monday, March 11, 2024 at approximately 9:30 a.m.) The store was packed, but she moved from section to section to help people fax, copy, ship, and print all on her own. She was never rude and didn’t seem frustrated with the slow loading of the systems. Wonderful experience. Thank you for your help and kindness, Tameka! Give her a raise and make her the official store manager, FedEx ?.”
