Worst Sephora is located in homewood they are so rude and unprofessional. They are racist, especially the feminine guy that works there. I’ve went there twice, each time they were rude with the worst customer service and I refuse to ever shop there again. This is a bad look for Sephora overall and make me no longer want to shop.

Customer service sucked. Cashier saw me in a wheelchair waiting and kept me waiting as she waited on a friend. For 20 mimutes I waited. Have consideration for others, and hire more workers.

All of the associates here are rude and offer NO HELP. Especially an older woman that I presume to be the manager since the other associates kept reporting to her. I walked in and she walked right past me without saying a word. Then when I proceeded to help myself since she neither greeted me nor offered help, she proceeded to walk to the areas I was shopping and literally stand over me as I was crouched down, to put up merchandise. She refused to move when I was shopping sections in the store and then proceeded to hear her laugh when I left. This is a prime example as to why businesses out here do not last. Literally hire anyone and then they provide HORRIBLE customer service. I will shop online.

I recently visited sephora and had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the store associates. From the moment I entered the store, their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. When I approached them for assistance, they seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged me.
Not only were they unhelpful, but their responses to my questions were also curt and rude, as if I was inconveniencing them by asking for help. When I asked about a specific product, they rolled their eyes and gave vague, one-word answers. Not sure if I will be returning to this location.

Absolutely terrible experience at the sephora. I walk in and ask for help to pick a color that matches me, and she tells me she doesn't really think she can help me because she's alone. She was playing on her phone when I got there, so either she didn't want to work or she doesn't know how to match colors either way I left and bought nothing.

Micah at Sephora in Homewood is the absolute best. Micah color matched me perfectly for makeup & gave me so many wonderful tips when applying. Micah greeted us with a beautiful smile and the customer service from this worker was top tier.
