Horrible service and customer service! Bre at the front desk is very unprofessional and unpleasant. She has a nasty attitude and clearly doesn't understand the importance of nice to the guests . She is rude and unapologetic. The wax staff appear to be very undertrained and uninformed. My wax felt very rushed and she left so many hairs, I feel like the wax I received was a waste because she clearly didn't even get my hair's properly. I WOULD NOT recommend this location at all and European Wax Center needs to train their staff of the importance of proper guest handling techniques and strategies to give a better experience when visiting their location in homewood .

I love this location. The front staff is amazing. But today I tried Nevah and she was amazing! Great conversation and very professional. I will get her every time she is by far my favorite at this location! Made great recommendations on products and the wax was the least painful experience I've ever had. Run, don't walk and support this talented young lady!

Stacy was great ! I had a Brazilian wax . I have been a customer of EW for years now previously an avid Bliss customer before they all closed down and Stacy was great . Very professional and she experienced . I was very pleased with services no complaints and she made great product recommendations too ! She was Very friendly along with the front desk staff. I Will definitely be back and recommend others !

I went in last week for a normal manicure the man that did my nails did an absolutely horrible job. He rushed through it didn't listen to anything I asked him to do I asked for a design on my middle finger of a flower or something. he didn't listen to that. He did the flower then told me to wait for it to dry and then he would put the top coat he put the top coat on too early and smudge the design and then did not want to fix. And I still had to pay full price! Never going back.

Protesters shut them down!! They are rude and lack customer service. Hopefully this will teach them a lesson! The aunt is extremely Rude! On two different occasions, I have seen this woman get into altercations with paying customers because she did not understand their request
