My husband and I were searching for a new mattress or remote unit to control/lift our bedding with a remote to different positions. We received great information and demonstrations from this store. We usually go to at least 3 or more stores, but we got excellent advise. The price was also a bargain.

Agent was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. She was courteous and professional. I had already done my research so it was just a matter of having the wife sign off after she tested and rolled around the mattresses. My only hang up is nothing was ever mentioned about any sales, promotions or labor day difference. As if I didnt mention it or pull up the web page, I may have paid more. Also was not asked what delivery service I preferred. None the less, Levoria(sure Im spelling that wrong) was great. Handled the store and multiple guests, flawlessly.

My salesrep listened to our needs and directed us to mattresses that would suit our desired comfort level and price range. We also saved almost $1,000 total on the Labor Day sale. Great experience overall!

Firstly, the store was bright and clean, and didn't have that preservative smell that so many mattress stores tend ti have. Levoria was a delight to work with!!! She was very knowledgeable, peofessional, and patient; so many salespeople tend to be irritated by my disability and make their feelings known. Overall, my experience with Mattress Firm was very positive and I'm glad u chose to shop there!!!
