read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.

Went to Homewood's Chili fest and had some time to kill before the tasting so my boyfriend and I decided to walk around Homewood's quaint downtown area and we came upon LouLou Belle and what a fun little boutique it is. LouLou Belle seems to have different things for sale. They have something for anyone. Things that make cute gifts that are different. They even had beautiful hand carved wooden picture frames, the photographer in me couldn't help but notice them.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a store in a long time! The moment I got in I was nicely greeter, asked during my visit if I needed help and the checkout process was seamless and easy.Plenty to look around, from women’s jewelry, candles, children’s gifts, beautiful posters and so much more! Love that the items in store are made both locally and inventory changes so always something new!I came in to honestly look around and bought a handful of things and I will definitely return soon.

I love this shop! They always have a great selection of unique gifts. The store is very nicely arranged, which adds to its charm. The owner even offered to let her know if I want to shop early some time before she lights her scented candle, (which I assume she does that daily) because I have allergies and had to put my mask on since I was starting to cough slightly. I like to shop locally when I can, especially in a quaint shop like this.

I had so much fun gift shopping (mostly for me) today at Loulou Belle. So fun to be at an actual shop, being able to see, feel, smell (gorgeous candles, oil, soaps...) items before purchase. Good example: a fun locally made and local-themed t-shirt made of softest coziest cotton. Loulou Belle has thousands of lovely treasures, the people running the store are warm and helpful while unobtrusive, allowing for relaxed retail therapy! It is obvious that they steer carefully toward unique eco-friendly goods while covering so many spectrums of interest.
