The stock of groceries were plentiful. I enjoyed the sample of The cheese and sausage pizza with a french fry crust also the cashier was fast and freindly. Ill definitely be back

Terrible service ive been getting migraines terribly for almost 3 months my neurologist gave me a couple prescriptions so I don't damage my liver taking 6-8 Tylenol at a time. I got off work at 9pm and dropped 2 prescriptions off and lady was super nice asking what time tomorrow would you like to pick these up. I said 1030am if at all possibly as I have to go back to work start at 11. Says ok no problem. (Almost 14 hours) lady tells me they not ready yet. Like what have y'all done for the last 10 hours? People need their medications and it seems as if there's no pep in their step whatsoever, thinking Albertsons has possibly to many customers and maybe I need to have my prescriptions taken somewhere else. Guess I get to pick 'em up at 1030pm (working full time and part time job today) hope I got enough Tylenol

I adore the hardworking staff at this particular Jewel-Osco pharmacy. They offer COVID-19 vaccines for pediatric children, and are always supportive of all their customers, regardless of their circumstances! The pharmacy staff here has been caring for my medication needs diligently for my entire life! Thank you, to all the hardworking health heroes at this 24/7 hour, drive-through Jewel-Osco located in Homewood, Illinois!

It was my first time in the store. I visited a friend who live in this neighborhood and we went grocery shopping in here. The store is clean, it got a nice organized and well stocked selections. It is not good as the usual Jewel in my place but it was all in all a nice grocery store. Produce is fresh and has a variety of selections as well as the other selections. Prices are fair and reasonable but I rarely saw products that are on sale. It was not crowded and we were able to checkout pretty fast. Staff are also friendly.

What an amazing day!!!! Heather Hill hosted its first Pumpkin Patch! A HUGE thank you to the Heather Hill Elementary PTO for their hard work ! All students picked their own pumpkin from the gymnasium. Afterwards, they enjoyed a delicious treat from Zarlengo's, sponsored by Heather Hill’s PTO!

Here's my rant. It's cheap chicken Monday.you have no wings? There will be no wings? All day? I'd gladly pay full price. Rude a** employee, just said "nope" and walked away. Read the room.all the cosmetic improvements, can't fix shitty service. Management needs management.

Jewel-Osco, a major spreader of COVID-19. Jewel does nothing to keep it's customers safe. They don't even enforce wearing a mask in their stores. I actually overheard an employee telling a customer that it was "OK not to wear a mask because we don't enforce mask wearing". Jewel employee's wear their masks pulled down below their nose and management looks the other way. Food handlers at the deli wear their mask pulled down and when they touch their mask instead of replacing their contaminated gloves they continue handling food like it's no big deal. I just wonder how many people contracted COVID while shopping at Jewel and how many of those died as a result? I want to know how Jewel is allowed to get away with this?

The store and the employees is clean overall friendly, if you have a problem they would go out there why to get it taken care of. It would be nice if it stayed open 24hrs like it use too..

The overall quality of the food is spot on. I have concerns about the cleanliness of the deli and employees' practices when they fill deli meat orders. The parking lot and parkway is always littered with garbage and overturned carts. Residents have brought these concerns to management they promptly address the issues but resort back to old habits. The Halstead location is far better!
