Clean. Wide selection of products. Creepy that no one greets you. I walked in and greeted the owners/employees immediately. They were chatting away, paused, said nothing and continued talking.

!! HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!! They sold me a overpriced thinned 26" wig for 400$!! And I asked for an exchange. They got an attitude said I needed to pay more money to exchange because they already "refunded" me and said it will take 5-7 business days to get to my account they then tried to charge me TWICE FOR ANOTHER 370$!! Thank God it didn't go through. 5 days later only 30$ was returned and they kept the 370$!! At this point I am more than furious, I'm sad I even trusted a business like this with my money and trust!!!

Unfortunately, I felt racially profiled in this store. It's sad that we have to ask employees to unlock basic products like nails. The employee held onto the product until I got to the register as if I was going to steal it.

I love the lady in the back. She greets you with a smile. The wig lady. I remember she came from the wig store in calumet city. I never asked her name but she always remember me.

Everytime I visit, I end up going over my budget lololol. I love that the place is organized, clean, and doesn't smell. I always find what I need and even pick up accessories that I'm not looking for lololol.

Big store with a vast variety of hair and beauty products. I personally feel that they have the biggest selection of stores I've visited. The owners and staff are customer friendly and helpful in finding what you are looking for or letting you browse.

They have a ton of variety but will not honor tags for prices they have posted. They have a buy it or not attitude, not a fix the error attitude. This is poor customer service and regard for what is right.

This is my go to beauty supply. They always have what I'm looking for. Prices are fair. It's very clean and spacious. The employees are friendly and very helpful
