I submitted a great review based on my initial interaction with this company. I have edited this review because thus far I have not received the print job that I paid for in full. I’m feeling like I have been scammed. I hope this is not the case. Hopefully, I get to revise this review again showing that I am a satisfied customer.

I contacted this company last minute to request a banner I would like to report the owner was patient, helpful, and willing to get the order completed in the same day. He even helped with the layout of the banner. I was so appreciative of him because my event was the same day of the banner request. I recommend this company

Terrible experiences and it’s not over yet communication is poor, turnaround time is inaccurate and lengthy, I was misquoted and have been ignored since my payment was secured. I cannot comment on the quality of work because it has been three weeks and I have yet to receive my product. It has been an extremely frustrating process. The owner was accessible and consistently followed up, prior to being compensated. Stay away!

I just got my $200 dollars I gave Ink Spot Printing. Luckily I had paid with a credit card and was able to win this dispute. I also had proof of the times I called and text message the owner. I’m very disappointed but I’m happy I finally got my money back. He also lied and said I didn’t take my car to his shop when I did. Luckily I had a camera in my car that showed he was lying.

I requested 2 24x36 prints for a wedding. They were not ready at the time he said on 3 separate occasions. Finally he gave me an address which was his home to pick up prints that still weren't dry. After close inspection I noticed the prints weren't even the same size. Quality was not there. 100%do not recommend.Response: I placed my order on the 12th as it was needed before the 27th. You failed to reply to emails. You told me they were ready in fact you hadn't printed them yet. Even if I didn't mess up the mounting I wouldn't have been able to use them as they were not even the same size.

Very bad he is not good at his work very sloppy and when you tell him he gets up set when we did not meet eye to eye and asked for a refund he refused it even after he said the deposit was refundable run don’t come here should of know he was no good when he told me come to his house and not to a actual business very shady with what he does and does not like criticism if I can give him 0 stars I would

I called and made an appoint with Ink Spots Printing. Everything seemed fine until I showed up to his location. It was his house and not the address showing on Google. I felt very uncomfortable with the whole situation especially when he asked for money upfront. He then got mad and I just left. SAVE YOUR MONEY

I contacted this company to do some Pictures for my Mother's memorial service. I arrived to his home and he assured me that everything would be done within a few days. I thought I found the right company but,boy was I wrong!! He made a proof and printed it without my permission and got mad when I told him it was crooked and needed to be centered. almost a week went by and I asked for a refund several times and he told me he doesn't do refunds. When my husband finally picked up the pictures 1 of them was still wrong. He made my grieving process worse! Run! Run! Run! Save yourself the headache!

Horrible experience and bad communication. He had to do a decal on my car and never replied or set up a date to complete the work. He just took my down payment and ghosted me.
