Today was my first time at this location. I went in for minor adjustments. The moment I opened the door I felt welcomed. I had an amazing time . The customers ahead of me teased me for being a new skater but loving all at the same time . The staff was excellent beyond comparison. They made me feel like I had been coming there for years . Before you go anywhere else, come here first . You’ll be glad you did . Thank you to the staff for making this a very pleasant and memorable experience.

My daughter and I drove down to the skate shop from kazoo mi with a unprepared expectation well I can tell you it was the most unbelievably and undoubtedly the best time I have had I learned so much the staff was very friendly, considerate and very informative I truly felt very very happy with everything thank you so very much for helping me put a smile on my daughter's face you really have something special. Listen, DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR SKATES OR FOR SERVICE ON YOUR SKATES! My husband, daughter and I purchase our skates from Traci and have patronized her skate shop for years. She and her employees have provided consistent, unmatched professionalism and quality products. We don't let anyone else even touch our skates! They are knowledgeable and will not sell you anything you don't need. Prices are fair and just, when compared to other skate shops. The store hours are crazy so get in where you fit in or phone first.♥️

I had a great experience at the skate shop! I wasn't sure of my size and felt like the skates I originally purchased from them were a bit too big. They ordered me a size smaller to try on so I could feel confident in my purchase. I ended up going with the original pair since the other was too small. I'm so grateful for their flexibility and willingness to help their customers be completely satisfied with their skates. I highly recommend them and look forward to returning.

The ladies behind the counter were not very friendly...a little gruff around the edges...maybe they were having a bad day?A smile goes a long way. I was there to purchase skates but it was like pulling teeth getting information.Note to owner..Smile, let customers know that you are happy that we chose your store.
