I took my bike to GoodSpeed Cycles to have my seat adjusted and Annette was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She also suggested other adjustments that needed to be made to my bike and then adjusted my seat at no extra charge.

Always friendly and helpful. Service department does a thorough job of repairing in a timely manner. The sales department is attentive and knowledgeable of the retail bikes and product offerings.
