I have visited this establishment on multiple occasions and have experienced both excellent and poor service. On some occasions, the employees have displayed a negative attitude while assisting customers. Regardless of whether they are customers or not, it is inappropriate for staff to be rude or disrespectful, as this creates an unpleasant environment and discourages people from returning.

The employees at this location are always knowledgeable about the games and systems that are either already out or coming out. Big praise to Johnny (I think he’s a manager) as he’s been a great help for years. Thanks!

Y’all know y’all wrong I was told when I preordered NBA 2k24 that I could swap it out so I pick up my copy I was told I have to wait until Monday I wasn’t told that when I preordered it this makes no sense waste of my time this isn’t the first time I’ve been through this something needs to be done about this
