The worst customer service, communication, and manners I have seen in years. People are so rude and don't know how to hold a dealership. I actually went and bought a way more expensive glb250 from Benz in Orland. For me it was not about the money but about the horrible customer service and rudeness that made me not buy a car from them even though there was one car that I loved.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I would never recommend this business. I feel like they are holding my car hostage and provide me with NO information. They do not care about me as a customer nor do they care about my time.

Service went downhill once they changed ownership. Better off taking your car to a street mechanic then coming here. Brought my car here multiple times for service and its always a problem on there end.

Called in for an appointment. First appointment 3 weeks out. Fine. Scheduled it. Took my work vehicle in ahead of my 10:30 appointment. Called in about 4:30 for an update and they said they haven't even looked at it yet. Nobody called to say anything. I was under the impression that my vehicle was being serviced. What's the purpose of the appointment? Furthermore, they didn't even offer as much as an apology. I won't be back.

Just go to a different dealership...there are plenty of other options.....in fact go to any other dealership....

I brought my vehicle in for oil change. I had to make an appointment two weeks in advance. The business does not take walk-ins for service. It took three hours for service to complete the oil change. Mechanics are few and far between at the dealership and obviously overworked there. The Service managers and office are disorganized. One hand does not know what the other is doing. They are not communicating information correctly, so that the customer knows what is happening with service being done to their vehicle.

Horrible customer service, did not call to notify of any delays when they told me they would. Held my truck for a week and did no work. Dismissive service manager. I will not be back.
