This bank is simply awful...beyond appropriate words...do not expect good service in person and don't even think about calling them.

Well, so far, the mobile app has lost one of my accounts, the live chat is down, and when you call, the nice robot voice tells you that no one will be available to help you. Pathetic. And when I went in to ask a question, the nice man who spoke with me had absolutely no idea if what I questioned had an answer.
