Brought in an antique coffee table to ship and was refused packing services. After packing it alone, with three layers of bubblewrap around the glass top, it arrived absolutely destroyed. Not only is the glass shattered, but the rim for the underside of the table is broken into multiple pieces and the upper lip is now coming off. This was gross negligence and it is obvious the box was dropped or thrown from a decent height

They said they were gonna add more packaging to my TV and didn’t. Now my tv is broke and FedEx not trying to pay me back my money.

I've done some research since my package arrived at this location (idk it just says Willow Springs IL) the day it was supposed to be delivered. Since about 2018! (3years) I have seen plenty of testimony of people both confused and annoyed with packages in limbo for weeks if they even get them. This location definitely has some issues going on and it's a shame any mail comes here. If I had my new pillow delivered maybe I wouldn't of slept so badly to leave a salty review.

I had to take time out to write a review on what great customer service I received from Cleo here at this location! I came in one night rushing and panicking because I needed business cards printed and cut before my boutique launched. She was so helpful OMG just unbelievable!! She literally had a hour before the store closed and as she helped all the other customers she bounced back and forth to help me create my design, download and send it to fedex and printed and cut them for me I continuously come back to this location because she is just wonderful she helped me a couple years ago with a lot of stuff for my wedding!! She's great!!!
