Had decent shoes but customer service was a 0. Showed attitude when asking for different sizes , and had me and my family waiting for TWENTY minutes for the shoes we asked for, just for her to say it was out of stock and never told us. Definitely will not be coming back , and will not recommend anyone to spend any money here.

Rarely have good options or sizes. Rude, no one greets you or assist you. When you do ask for help, they either seem bothered or continue to chat across the room to each other. I’ve been going here randomly for a few years… neither time I find what I need but it’s worth a last minute try I always hope vs going to orland or river oaks while I’m in the area already. And if you come in “dressed down” they won’t even look your way.

Every time I come to this DTLR store it’s just the worst experience in the world. We came at 4pm and the doors were locked because supposedly they close at 5 get better workers staff is just wow sad

Not bad unfortunately I made a long post before in regards to the experience I had with them adjusting there price they have gave me from one DTLR store so not sure why that can't honor a price from another DTLR but oh well I bought my shoes and clothes from another store entirely at a great price. Hopefully DTLR will make some adjustments for continued customer service.

I would like to rate De’Andre 5 stars, his energy and attitude was great! He has excellent customer service skills and cares about the customers.On the other hand, the store manager needs a customer service class. He’s very unpleasant and makes you not spend your money at that location.

I went in on 2-28-22 @ approx 530pm. Staff was not friendly at all. And even the pregnant girl working the register had the nerve to roll her eyes and say "I cant wait until tax season is over". Right in front of customers. LOL. I dont think anyone should spend money there during tax season since it upsets the staff to have customers. I also think the pregnant girl should go to school and make a better career choice instead of getting pregnant and working at a shoe store since she cant handle it. She had an attitude from the moment i walked in the store. I didnt even know she worked there. Its so unprofessional to not only make that comment but to imply people are only there because its tax season. Ive been a nurse since 2017. Im sure i make more money in 1 pay period than she makes in a month. Im also sure that the corporate guys loves tax season and wouldnt like that staff is running customers away. Ill never go to this location again which sucks since its literally 5mins from home.

I purchase over 300.00 I wanted to do an exchange for a different size same item and was told I’m unable because I did not have a receipt.. .. at this point the store should be able to look up items if purchase with a debit card.. very disappointing I would not be buying nothing else here..
