Oh boy, where do I start. I would give this jerk no stars if I could. What a fast talking shyster! I went in because my phone wasn’t taking a charge. He recommended a new battery and new cord. Well, he went in back w my phone and came out a few min later and said all is fine now. He showed me it was indeed charging.
I went home and waited FOREVER for the charge to continue. Didn’t. Went back to the store, he charged it more in the back and said “see it’s working. Must be your outlets”. Hmmm. Went home still nothing. I went back and told him I wasn’t happy w what he did, asked for a refund. Originally HE DIDNT GIVE ME A RECEIPT, I realized at this time. He said he couldn’t get one now, it was too late (an hour had passed). I said WHAT! He said too late. Too bad.
I brought my phone to the local T-Mobile and asked them to check it out. They said when he went to the back of the store he never replaced the battery and the new cord was actually the wrong one for my phone. They recommended I go to “You break, we fix” out on Rt 30. They set me up w all new WORKING parts for $100.
I got my credit card bill and the rip-off guy charged me $125 for nothing. Chase hadn’t paid him yet, case under investigation.
I would recommend no one walk thru his doors! Ever! He’s a thief.
