They have good products, but sometimes they are more expensive than elsewhere. The staff is not always friendly and they do not have staff who speak Spanish.

Bought a TV online. Was given a pick up time. Went to the store at the given pick up time I had to WAIT TWO and a half hours. My driver had to go in the store and waited for 35 mins to get the TV. I was told the associates were rude as hell and had ZERO clue of what to do. These associates need extra training. Heck we need to get compensated for time we cannot ever get back!

I came into the store today for a gsp fulfillment as I entered the store the g.m ESTHER was at the geek squad desk I explained to her twice in clear details TWICE that the best buy program recovery told team told me to come into the store to return it to get a gift card ro repurchase a similar tv in the same model the cashier she put me with seemed unfamiliar with the process as she was trying to explain to home what to do she Esther walked off to another register as the. Cashier was struggling with unawareness of the process and he refunded the to its original method which I have no access to now she comes back to the desk all dumb founded I'm im left leaving the store without a t.v because now I have to wait for a 3rd party company to refund me the money back this g.m is very unprofessional because for one if I explained to you twice in clear detail and you saw the cashier struggling why would you leave him to go assist another customer while he is struggling with a current customer that's been patiently waiting poor customer service and poor leadership ESTHER NEEDS MORE TRAINING now my family is without a tv because you neglected a situation "A CUSTOMER"to deal with another customer as if I wasn't already patiently waiting

I enjoy this Best Buy. Typically the customer service is top notch and today's trip was no different. The only thing I ask is can you go back to using white bags? These see through bags are making your customers easy targets. I do not need the world to know what I am purchasing. Although I love the Homewood area, crime is every where.

I received a text message stating I missed my appointment. When I called to inquire why I received the text message, Alex told me because he didn't mark that I arrived. I asked her for his name she said she didn't know. I said then how do you know he was male. I asked for the manager. She said the name of the manager. Alex told me I call was breaking up. When I raised my voice she said you don't have to raise your voice. My response was but now you can hear me. She told me she didn't have to give me the manager name. The Geek Squad technician who waited on me was also lacking people skills. I arrived for my appointment on time but didn't need a technician to fix the problem. The quality of service and communication at the Homewood, IL location is totally unacceptable. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!
