Absolutely jerked around by this place! I accidently redeemed my own Groupon. I explained that to Groupon, they told me to go back to AAG to scan my redemption code on my voucher, Groupon told me, that if they served my vehicle, they were supposed to scan my voucher. That would be mine and Groupon's receipt (that the work was done). I called and talk to a guy named Frank, who claimed to be the Manager, he told me to come by and he would give me a credit. I told him precisely when I would be there. He said OK. However, when I got there, he wasn't there. Ron, the guy who initially wouldn't give me an oil change the first time I came in, told me that Frank would be back there in a couple of hours, and asked me to come back. I told him that I came at the agreed upon time, and "couldn't afford to keep coming out here for no reason." It is a 20 mile, 40 minute trip from my house. I called back later that day and spoke to Frank. He told me to come back "tomorrow." I asked him when would be a good time for him, he told me "to meet him at 11:00am in the morning." I wasted another trip going out there to AAG in Homewood, IL, because, again Frank wasn't there! My questions are: is Frank really his name?; is he really the Manager?; and when does he work? However, I did note that both days I came out there, Ron met me outside, unlike the very first I went there, he was inside behind the desk, causing me to speculate that Frank was there. I asked Ron to scan my voucher, he claimed that only Frank could scan my voucher. I told him how little sense that made, especially since he very seemed to be around. To that end I wasted $65, time and gas, because AAG wouldn't not give me a credit or at the very least to scan my voucher. They were supposed to scan my voucher after they serviced my car. They never serviced my vehicle, nor scanned my voucher. I wonder how many other persons have had the issues that I had with AAG, however, I would never have them ever service my car, because I don't trust them. They blew the opportunity to possibly do a brake job for me, because that was the recommendation of the shop that serviced my car. Watch out for this shop, because they play too many games!

I called they had time for an oil change from a Groupon I purchased after driving 20 minutes there I was told they had no oil. 40 min round trip for nothing. I called the next week they said come in when I got there the guy said they are not honoring Groupon for conventional oil anymore that I could pay the difference if I wanted the oil change. Again another 40 min round trip for nothing. I bought 2 and I am trying to get a refund from Groupon.WORST PLACE EVER.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought a groupon for an interior detail. I thought they would do just that— a detail. It was nothing of the sort. When I got there I could tell he barely wanted to do the service. He had an attitude first of all and he kept giving me excuses almost like he was trying to talk me out of getting the service. When I got my car back it looked like they had just wiped my car down with a wipe and vacuumed my car with a gas station vacuum. Something I could have done myself. Complete waste of money and time. DO NOT go here. Shouldn’t even be open, the staff acts like they don’t even want to be there….

Liars and time wasters. They won't even own up to who is the manager. Poor work and customer service. I wouldn't take a dog to this place. They kept our car 3 damn days only for us to have to bring it back with them still not fixing it. TRASH

Really wanted to love this place. Stopped in to replace a worn tire, nice guy looked at it, took my info, said he'd call with a price. Week later I hadn't heard back so called, spoke with a young woman who said her boss was busy and would call, I said I'd waited a week and just needed a price on a tire. She spoke with him, said it's $175, but couldn't tell me the type of tire or whether that included installation, but that I needed to come in and prepay. I said that was fine but I wanted to know the price with install and she said, "wait," and accidentally hung up. No one called back.
I stopped in a couple days later and a very nice guy tried to help, couldn't find the info and said to come back the next day when his boss would be in. I came the next day but they were closed at 3:00 even though their internet listing says they are open until 7:00. I called the next day when the Internet says they were open, a guy answers, says, "They closed! Call tomorrow!" and hangs up. I call another place and get the tire installed in one day. All in all after two weeks of calling and stopping in, I still didn't even have the info I needed to pay for the tire. No one ever called me to give me the information. Staff varied from really nice and helpful to very unprofessional and seeming like they were just hanging out, having fun rather than working. Very frustrating experience.

Just called to check in about a Groupon deal for interior detailing. I said I needed it done today. The guy said no worries, just take a screenshot of the Groupon and they'll honor it without actually using it. He said come down to get it done.
I just showed up and they said they'll just do it tomorrow, the entire point was I'm flying out tomorrow and needed it cleaned now. He then said the Groupon is meant to say it's just a vacuum and light wipe down on surfaces... not an actual detailing. Though he'd hook me up for double the cost of the Groupon.
If you've have a pleasant experience with them, I'm glad you did. My experience was of swindlers who wasted a drive and an hour of my time. Go somewhere else if you need anything done.

I wish I could give negative stars. Incredibly rude staff. Was told I could not make an appointment and service is first come first serve. I told them what time I would arrive for my service. When I arrived, building was empty and when I called and spoke to an employee, he was incredibly rude to me over the phone regarding making an appointment when I was told by another employee previously that I couldn't make one.
Don’t waste your time. Staff doesn’t know how to speak to customers or even what their own policies are.

To bad i had to choose a star. None would have been perfect. First problem was that Groupon for interior detailing was marked redeemed even though I'd never been to AAG. I arrived for my 12:00 appt. A guy comes out at about 12:15. He informs me that they will only do a basic wipedown and vacuum. I informed him that I could do that on my own and asked him if he knew what detailing meant. He didn't care. I would like a refund and am def posting about this experience. The office was filthy, and the client room was so messy he wouldn't even let me in.

Worst experience EVER!!! Complete liars and scammers!! First I used a Groupon for an Full Synthetic Oil Change and Don said “ oh you don’t have to go through Groupon cause I’ll match prices” which didn’t make any sense because why offer Groupon just to tell customers to not use it. After the initial oil change Don said I needed a spark plug and to bring it back and he’d put it on. My car was running fine after the oil change ( didn’t even notice he didn’t do a full oil change) brought my car back to get the spark plug put on and Don said I need to get 6 plugs and to go to auto zone you get them which I did, however Don didn’t put them on his coworker did. Next day my car starting stalling, shaking. Stopping and my check engine light began blinking. I called Don and he said I needed to bring it back for the other mechanic to check. I paid $250 not including the parts I purchased myself that HE himself didn’t put on my car. His coworker informed me that not only did he NOT check my spark plugs but that I didn’t even need them to be changed. I asked don if they put the right parts on my car and he said “ I’m honestly not sure” Don then offered to fix the problem if I paid him to diagnose the problem that he caused. Now my car barely runs and I have to pay more money due to his negligence. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have no clue who marked my voucher redeemed but it would have been nearly impossible to get off of my job in downtown Chicago at 430 catch the public transit to my car 15miles away and make it to home wood for a detail on a Tuesday n the storm before they close. These people are scammers and I’m going to get my money back from Groupon

They say they can do wheel alignment they pretend they can.
Wheel alignment can’t be done here they just say we can fix later but never respond calls. Please avoid. Worst service ever. Wheel alignment costs. 60$ but they charge 150$
please stay away.
They call and threaten you for giving reviews so please take care.

Scam auto detailing Groupon. Paid Groupon for the voucher, went to the business, and was told it was going to cost $250 additional dollars. Do not recommend, unless you like being scammed.
