Drive-through is closed and extremely long wait. 1st time I ever saw a drive-through closed closed when there are elderly people the people that cannot wait in A-line like that

Calling the pharmacy is ridiculous! They make you hold for 20 minutes or more they will pick up and not say anything then put you back on hold. Then if you were patient long enough to get through, they are a bit rude and after answering your first question they hang up without a goodbye or anything they just hang up and leave you bewildered. I have questions about my meds, and they are not helpful at all. The cashiers are slow as molasses. This location really needs corporate to get involved. As you can see there are many bad reviews, and nobody addresses any of them. Because they know they stink. Desperately needs new management.

Customer service and patience at this location is not positive thing here. Not so much the regular cashiers, it's the management that are awful. Rude and short with customers. Not welcoming at all.

I had a really great experience here today thanks to Laura at the pharmacy. After trying to get a control substance class pain medicine script filled at 5 CVS locations (all useless and clueless) decided to just try a Walgreens and pay out of pocket. When I came to the counter Laura was disinfecting the entire counter and window then proceeded to help me. She confirmed they had the pills and went over options since my insurance only wanted to cover 7 days out of the 30. The full script was $160 but thanks to her it was brought down to $25 by rn rolling me in the walgreens rx plan. I think she could see I was visibly in pain (due to cancer) and had the pharmacist expedite the filling while she enrolled me so I had the meds and didn't have to make a return trip. Excellent service all around. Thank you again.

The pharmacy in this store (Hell, at ALL WALGREENS STORES!!!) is a JOKE!!! Put in for 2 RX refills on Wednesday am. The app (which is EXTREMELY unreliable) somehow sent one of my prescriptions to a different store! I received both an email and a text that both prescriptions were ready Thursday morning. I requested delivery because I am disabled, and it's difficult for me to walk the 2 blocks to the nearest bus stop (I am medically banned from driving). I checked the status of my delivery every day, but each day, it stated that these 2 prescriptions were "ready for delivery", but were NOT SENT OUT!! On Saturday morning, I called and spoke to a pharmacy tech, who told me that my prescriptions were " delivered on Wednesday morning! I found that fascinating, because I had just put in the refills on Wednesday morning! So they would have had to be psychic and know before I put in the refills, that I needed this medication! She got upset with me and switched my call over to "someone that handles delivery"! I was told by that person that FedEx had not picked up the prescriptions for delivery that day! (It was already 11:30am!) She gave me a tracking number so I could see when they FINALLY decided to send out my meds. The tracking number showed that THEY HAD JUST PRINTED OUT THE LABEL, BUT THE PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT EVEN HANDED OVER TO FEDEX FOR DELIVERY!!! Today is Sunday, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRESCRIPTION!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH WALGREENS IF YOU WANT A PHARMACY THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE PATIENTS!! I'm switching over to CVS!!!

The pharmacy is s**** I had already heard things about it but I bought a house kinda close by so I figure I would try, it's trash their service isn't the best and they take longer to get medicine ready than any other pharmacy. Half the time they are out of stock for things and are late telling you.

October 23 9:00pm. Employee was a short old lady. Working in the retail business for 3 years, both as a cashier and a shift manager, I the basic of working the register. First and most importantly you should engage with your customers if you see them enter. That did not happen but maybe she was busy. When checking customers out, at the bare minimum say hello. That did not happen. She looked at my item, scanned it, threw it in a bag and left me on my own to figure out my total. Didnt say good night or anything at all. This shouldn't be the person working a register!
